The Proverbial Bridge to Nowhere (Continued1)

Posted on Mar 13th, 2009 by inlink : peacemaker inlink

Circumstances made America's Founding Fathers closer to Nature's God than today's American. "To assume among the Powers of Earth," published in Congress in a declaration on July 4, 1776, "the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them"-the American people, rather than government entitled, were entitled, in the beginning, according to the Founding Fathers, to the Laws of Nature and Nature's God. Today it is man's law, the same as has been throughout recorded history. It has always, in the final analysis, gotten back to that.

We are now leaving the Age of Pisces, the symbol of which is two fish swimming in opposite directions (not unlike the present plight of the American people). We are entering the Age of Aquarius. By the way, on July 4, 1776, the birth of America was under the sign of Aquarius, the symbol of which is the water-bearer to humanity, a far cry of where we are at this point in America's history. Hardly the water-bearers of the world, we've lost sight of America's values and principles.

Putting it all together, material abundance has diverted the American people's, and their representatives, attention from the principles held by America's Founding Fathers. Indeed, it is now held by the U.S. Supreme Court that the people's Constitution should be interpreted "in light of today's needs," according to our judges, in spite of the fact that those principles held by the Founding Fathers predated history.

Where has our judges' interpretation of the people's Constitution gotten us? There is no hope left for the individual under the present authority. We're on the bridge to nowhere. Material abundance has diverted attention away from symbols the world's greatest prophets have employed to predict the future. The September 11, 2001 destruction of the World Trade Center and the loss of thousands of lives should stand as a meaningful symbol of what is to come, the battle to end all battles, the Battle of Armageddon. Instead, the event has been twisted and distorted so it has no meaning. America, as we knew her, is a sinking ship. Who knows where the fickle finger of fate will point next. I'm guessing China. At the present rate, America will be a slave state, her people under the control of a ruthless dictatorship.

In Cosmos and Psyche, authored by Richard Tarnas, distinguished philosopher and cultural historian, we read that when Pluto and Saturn are in unfavorable alignment, "an atmosphere of gravity and tension tended to accompany these three-to-four-year periods as did a widespread sense of epochal closure: ‘the end of an era,' ‘the end of innocense,' the destruction of an earlier mode of life that in retrospect may seem to have been marked by widespread indulgence, decadence, naivete, denial, and inflation." Pluto and Saturn went into unfavorable alignment in November 2008, the month Barrack Obama was elected President of the United States.

Going back to Nature's God, in that we are created with intelligence and love I can tell you there is no reward in life as great as loving and being loved. God so loved us that he gave his only son. The cross is a symbol the dogmas and doctrines of the church have corrupted. In John 1:5-8, Jesus said, "I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing. If a man abideth not in me , he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them into the fire, and they are burned. If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it will be done unto you."

I'm a believer in Jesus, not the church. The church is bricks, mortar, and power seekers who want us to feel guilty if we don't do religion's bidding. That's the meaning of the September 11th event. That's the meaning of war. Wars are fought to gain power over the individual. Speaking symbolically, to cast out Jesus makes you a branch that withers and men burn. The symbol Jesus left the world remains alive. In my life, everything is in divine order. Jesus is the symbol of peace and good will.

In Evan Harris Walker's The Physics of Consciousness, under "A God for Tomorrow," we read, "Mankind has traveled a long way in the search to understand reality. We have looked deeply at ourselves, and our religions, and at our science. We have looked at what we are made of and looked at our origins. Beginning with the myths and superstitions of antiquity, we have followed a path of discovery into the modern age of scientific understanding, and we have helped to open the door to new realms of science."

"We still hunger to find some god that we can know. . . Is God a personal god? Was there a resurrection of Christ? And where is the soul? " I know I've been reborn the person I was meant to be. America is on a bridge to nowhere because America is in denial.

Says Walker: "We find that what we had thought was an independent and objective physical world is in fact contingent on the observer, on our combined consciousness, in a most basic way. And it follows that the God we find must be a personal God."

"But it has only been with the advent of quantum theory that we have discovered proof that we exist as something more than pieces of matter. In the development of quantum theory, the observer emerges as a co-equal in the foundry of creation. . . The tests of Bell's theorem have shown us that objective reality as it has been conceived is not the true fabric of reality. The observer interacts with matter. Consciousness, the substance of this new-found reality that defines the observer, has fundamental existence. It is the quantum mind that is the basic reality."

In spite of our technology, we've failed to advance in our thinking. Speaking of symbols, I was born on September 17, 1925 at 4:21 P.M. C.S.T. in Houston, Texas. Look me up. You will find that this makes me Virgo with Aquarius Rising. Aquarius was on my Ascendant when I was born. Four of my planets were in my Seventh House, the house of partners, which makes partners the most important thing in my life. In the song, Aquarius,

When the moon is in the Seventh House,
and Jupiter aligns with Mars,
Then peace will guide the planets,

And love will steer the stars.

An amazing thing in my life. I was led to my soul mate. It was like meeting an old friend I'd not seen for a long time. On our first date, a hike in the mountains near Mt. St. Helens, on May 18, 1980, Mt. St. Helens erupted, the symbol of which is after the calamity, hope and renewal, the same for the September 11th event, the same for the crucifixion of Christ, and the same in my own life.

We were sitting on a log chatting. Karen said a strange thing. "I want our's to be a platonic relationship." Karen doesn't know why she said that. Fifteen years later, a friend gave Karen an astrological compatibility printout he made from a program in his computer. In it I read, "The platonic thing was there from the start, and there is a sense of the brotherly and sisterly between you. Even if lovers, you will always be first and foremost, good friends." How could that be? Karen and I are spiritually united, connected with the superconsciousness of the universe. .

In Jeanne Avery's, The Rising Sign, under "Aquarius Rising," "he may be the person to bring back information that has been lost to civilization for centuries. The person with Aquarius on the rise can be very avant-garde. He is a forerunner in setting style, discovering new methods, and showing the rest of humanity the way. He may be especially enlightened, metaphysical, scientific, and inventive. He can be like the rolling stone, gathering no moss. He is a chance-taker. He is willing to let go of the trunk of the tree to walk out on the edge of a limb. He knows where the fruit grows and where the spotlight can hit. He is not one to hide his light under a bushel."

While we find Saturn now in unfavorable alignment with Pluto, we find in Astrologer's Handbook, authored by Francis Sakioan and Louis S. Acker, that with my Saturn trine Pluto when I was born, "This trine gives the natives the ability to understand the laws by which subtle forces are organized, enabling them to see these laws consciously or unconsciously. They are able to work slowly and make fundamental and irrevocable changes in their own and others' lives. Often there is a sense of destiny or a peculiar karmic mission which they must fulfill. This is one of the most profound of aspects."

Astrologer James Redfield, author of The Celestine Prophecy, for $25, sent me an informational audio tape on my astrology, as follows:

"We are going to take a look at two key aspects of your astrological data, your Sun sign and your Moon sign. "We are going to talk about them archetypically. The emotional issue is pointed out by your Moon sign-how this feels as you go through life-talk about your Sun sign-again archetypically-how you naturally uplift people, to give you some good information as you try to find out what your spiritual mission is."

Speaking archetypically, "As you get in touch with your inner energy and start to get in touch with your higher self, you will be guided into how to find that true work expression. It will be shown to you intuitively. This becomes the way you uplift everyone who comes into your life. When you evolve into your higher self you energize those who cross your path. This becomes your greatest talent."

Speaking archetypically, my Mercury is in Virgo. In Astrologer's Handbook, we read, "Mercury in Virgo is the sign of its rulership, a position indicating an analytical mind and great practical reasoning ability."

Speaking archetypically, when Uranus, my ruling planet, had transited from my birth to a position opposing itself, this indicated a change in my life. In March, 1975, I departed from my old life. I went to sea on a 37 foot sloop I named Bold Venture. When it was only me, the sea, and the heavens, I found my path of destiny.

In Numerology and The Divine Triangle, by Faith Javane and Dusty Bunker, for my "life lesson number," I'm given the number 7. "You are here to use and to develop your mind. . . You should learn to spend time by yourself, in the woods or by the seashore, where you can get in touch with your inner self and your deepest thoughts because your destiny is to use your mind." I've been the "rolling stone that gathers no moss," but I've finally found the perfect home in the tall timber 30 miles east of Mt. Hood, Oregon.

For my "path of destiny," I've been given the number 7. "You psychically separate the true from the false and can discover and reveal some of the mysteries of life to a waiting world. You should become the thinker, the philosopher, the scientist, the mystic or the religious zealot whose destiny is the mind."

Archetypically, we exist in a state of awareness, and unlimited. In Genesis 1:26, 27, we read, "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." In the introduction of the Scofield Reference Bible, we read that we are here with increasing purpose. Saint Augustine said: "Distinguish the ages, and the Scriptures harmonize."

Going from one point to another is both quantitative and qualitative. The Bridge to Nowhere is quantitative: external. Unfortunately, both quantitatively and qualitatively, the American people are getting nowhere. Biologist Julian Huxley, in his essay The Future of Man, tells us, "Man's exploration and control of external nature has outdone his exploration and control of his own nature."

Having learned life's lesson myself the hard way, looking at our future, I predict that the individual will emerge sooner or later Aquarian in nature: independent, altruistic, and spiritual.
