The Proverbial Bridge to Nowhere (continued)

Posted on Mar 9th, 2009 by inlink : peacemaker inlink

According to Linda Brady's Discovering Your Soul Mission, this generation's soul pattern is Aquarius; that is, the thing we are here to overcome: too detached and detracted, too oblivious, too intolerant, too repressed and impersonal, too irrational to move ahead. Brady gives this generation's soul potential Leo. Leo is the most dominant, an extravert with a grand manner. Leo is the monarch, the king of the beasts, the lion. America struts its stuff around the world, heading us to the Battle of Armageddon.

The ancient Mayans were astronomers. They knew the sun was at the center of our solar system hundreds of years before Galileo proved it with his telescope. The ancient Greeks knew Earth was a sphere. They knew Earth circled the sun and the reason for climate changes. They knew the smallest building block of the universe was the atom. The ancient sages of India reasoned so is the microcosm, so is the macrocosm. For thousands of years man has known that the cosmos tells us about our human characteristics.

There is much evidence that extraterrestrials have been either visiting planet Earth for thousands of years, or perhaps here long before we were here. We could have been genetically engineered.

It is estimated that there have been two million alien abductions. It is inexplicable that we are the only life form on the planet with the capability of knowing far more than other life forms about how it all comes together. Interestingly, the ape is the only animal that can look in a mirror and know it is looking at itself. I would think that in order to be aware of very much, it would be pretty important to be aware of self. Self-awareness is the basis of being human, and it is not limited.

The Mayan calendar is like the odometer on your car. When all the numbers are at the number nine, the odometer goes back to all zeros. As we move forward, the process begins again, and unlike anything you've ever known before. The cutting edge of science, from its study of the smallest excitations, has found that there are many dimensions that go to make the universe. There is a dimension of infinite possibility. That which we observe becomes our reality. Our reality is limited to how much we observe (and how fearful we are of change).

All things considered, the American people are here to overcome being too detached and detracted, too oblivious, too intolerant, too repressed and impersonal, too irrational to move ahead. The American people now have a government, for one thing, keeping secret, as much as possible, the undeniable fact that U.F.O.s are real. For another thing, in this transient period, the unwillingness of government to give up control-the Picean influence-there is an urgent drive, through redistribution of America's wealth (to help the needy)-to keep the American people as dependent as possible on government-and for as long as possible-with excessive indebtedness.

Too bad, so sad. At the end of 2012, we all begin again-the same as before, all with an equal opportunity, but not with equal results. The odometer goes to all zeros in 2012, coincidentally, at the end of Barrack Obama's term of office. People say, "give Obama a chance." All things considered, not only am I on the bridge to nowhere with my arguments, America is on the bridge to nowhere.

P.S. Having said this, on a more pleasant note, now I'm going to practice my music. After the calamity my life had become, I found hope and renewal. At this late date, I've found my bliss in the tall timber 30 miles east of Mt. Hood. According to my stars, I'm where I'm supposed to spend the rest of my days.

My daughter gave me a guitar. I've learned to play it and sing to a background of my keyboard songs I've recorded. I'd like to share some of my music I've posted on isound.com., and especially for you, Whispering Hope.
