The Making of New Age Man, Chapter IX, cont4

Universal Service

The biggest slob in Hollywood, Michael Moore, with Hurricane Gustav wreaking havoc on millions of Americans, is thankful there is a God in Heaven to spoil the Republican Convention, while, ironically, militant thugs, anti-war protesters, defy the police and wreck property at the convention site. While Bill Clinton brings back to mind Bush Administration cronyism during Hurricane Katrina, and the Democrats have concern about McCain's selection of vice presidents, Governor Palin's seventeen year-old daughter is pregnant, and she knows nothing herself, while the Republican Convention has turned into an appeal to help the victims of the hurricane, Democrats, who think of themselves as the enlightened ones and God's favorite political party, would like for you to think Republicans would push poor old granny in her wheel chair down the stairs.

Our world is rapidly changing. Unfortunately, Democrats have not changed a subatomic particle since the Great Depression. They haven't changed since Franklin D. Roosevelt gutted the U.S. Constitution. They don't like it  as it  was because in gives the individual personal responsibility along with his rights.  Democrats go for social responsiblity.  Individually, we were helpless.  Once helpless, always helpless.

In the interest of being of universal service, this Aquarian water-bearer seeks to bring us up to speed. In lab experiments, science has discovered a tiny bubble produced by sound that might hold the secret of controlled nuclear fusion. Nuclear fusion is what makes the sun burn. If we had controlled nuclear fusion, we would have limitless energy, and unlike atomic energy that gives us the problem of radiation and disposal, it would be pollution free. It's labeled the savior of mankind.

In a world of increasing scientific marvels, in lab experiments science has discovered that light waves become particles when observed. These subatomic particles, called photons, are tiny packets of energy our optic nerves send to our brains for decoding. We see our world in quite different ways---and those with the power make it in their selfish ways. That's all going to change.

Subatomic particles are the aspects of matter, not matter. Matter creates nothing. Plutarch (40-120 AD) one of the ancient Greeks' leading thinkers reasoned that an idea, having no form by itself, but giving figure and form to shapeless matter becomes the manifestation. That's what we humans do that no other life form on the planet does. We are co-creators of our world, a world that is here on a billions to one shot. It says we must have a higher purpose than the powers that be offer. The ancient sages of India, who were not diverted in their thinking by advanced technology, reasoned this:

As is the microcosm, so is the macrocosm.

As is the atom, so is the universe.

As is the human body, so is the cosmic body.

As is the human mind, so is the cosmic mind.

The powers that be put out tremendous effort in getting where they are. When Galileo proved with his telescope that the earth travels around the sun, the authorities of his day convicted him of heresy. The authorities we knuckle under to want us to believe that the ideas of the past are going to be the ideas of the future. Any time a new idea is presented, the status quo says no to it. Indeed, presidential candidate Obama, all the time talking about Democrats being the party of change, wants to hang onto Roosevelt's 70 year-old legacy.

Think about some of the ideas brought to the attention of the American people, for instance, the idea that would give people of color the same rights as whites, how much that idea was resisted. What about the rights of taxpayers to exist on the fruits of their own labor? You can read how much that right is resisted in the story of my life. If candidate Obama is to be the head of the American house (we are one big family), he needs the status quo on income tax and all the lawlessness and fraud that goes along with it. If he is going to be head of the American family, Obama would want a Supreme Court that looks the other way on taxpayer abuses, the same as the Taney Court looked the other way on black slavery.

Roosevelt made big changes. When he was president, America was in the Great Depression. A third of the work force was jobless. Obama is clinging to depression day  remedies. Indeed my fellow Americans, it took a civil rights movement headed by Martin Luther King to get blacks equal rights in America. Congress has been working on the tax problem for thirty years without an answer, so Democrats and me-to Republicans can keep Roosevelt's legacy going forever. The term for this peculiarity in human thinking is "paradigm limitation."

With this thought in mind, how does science define conscious awareness? All I know from accepted doctrine is that it is a function of the brain. Where it originates in the brain science can't tell you. What is gravity? What is electromagnetism? The authorities can tell you what each does. They can't tell you what either is. Scientists, too, have paradigm limitations.

Paradigm limitation means what you don't know you don't discuss or even think about. The tinhorns in Washington do not talk about abusive, confiscatory taxation-and we, the voters, filter out all that we are programmed not to know. Well, I've got a different story for you to digest. According to astrologer Jeanne Avery, with my rising sign Aquarius, I'm a "forerunner in setting style, discovering new methods, and showing the rest of humanity the way."

Oddly, the things I think about have gotten me the name of dissenter. I'm the work of the devil. God never speaks to me. I'm one of those nutcake tax protesters. The United States lawlessly put me on the street for daring to question my tax. Read about it in the story of my life. Jesus was nailed to a cross for daring to question the authority of his day. All of that is going to change.

Jeanne Avery: "He knows where the fruit grows and where the spotlight can hit. . . Freedom is a survival issue with him. . .The planet Uranus is on the ascendant of the chart of the United States. Freedom of speech and opportunity was the cornerstone of the Constitution. . .We became the water-bearer, broadcasting our message of human rights. . . Abraham Lincoln, an Aquarian with Aquarius rising, was president at a time when those rights were severely challenged."

Astrologer James Redfield, author of the Celestine Prophecy, in an audio tape to me said, "As you get in touch with your inner energy and start to get in touch with your higher self, you will be guided into how to find that true work expression. It will be shown to you intuitively. This becomes the way you uplift everyone who comes into your life. When you evolve into your higher self you energize those who cross your path. This becomes your greatest talent."

My mentor is Evan Harris Walker, the author of The Physics of Consciousness, who knew what consciousness is. He knew what gravity and electromagnetism is. He was accused to trying to smuggle God in to physics.  Alas, we are born in sin, says Obama. Yes, I agree: the flesh is weak, but no, my fellow Americans, although we don't have a problem in understanding that we have paradigm limitations, the problem arises out the fact that we don't understand the data that the latest science is bringing to our attention.

Nobel Prize winner Murray Gell-Mann has described quantum mechanics as "that mysterious, confusing discipline which none of us really understands but which we know how to use." Physicist Richard Feynman: "I think I can safely say that no one understands quantum mechanics. . . Do not keep asking yourself, if you can possibly avoid it, ‘but how can it be like that?' . . .Nobody knows how it can be like that."

The great bulk of information available never penetrates our thinking. We've been programmed to be incapable of understanding. Is it not odd that UFOs are often seen around the latest weapons of war? The Roswell, New Mexico UFO crash was near the only Air Force base where atom bombs were loaded in bombers. The Air Force knew they were there, and saw to it that not one scrap of hard evidence was left at the crash site, all in the name of security. Whose security? The news that there is extraterrestrial life here is the greatest news of all times. The government is covering up what could be a vast expanding of conscious awareness and a far better world.

The preacher asked everyone who tithed to stand. I watched them slowly stand, until everyone in the congregation was standing but me. My mother was Jewish. I was raised a Christian. The preacher said Jews are going to hell. Think what the knowledge of extraterrestrials being here, super intelligent beings from somewhere else the authorities can't control, would mean to people who filter out the bulk of available information, people who have strongly held rules handed down to them from generation to generation. "Give me that old time religion, it's good enough for me." What a laugh! Our world could turn chaotic and those good people would remain refusing to be confused by the facts.

When I was a child, I was taught that I was born in sin. When I grew up I knew better. The first man, Adam, disobeyed God when he partook from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. That idea goes back to antiquity. How can we know good if we don't know evil? We're down a rabbit hole, proceeding on Alice in Wonderland's Yellow Brick Road, going to see the Wizard of Oz. It is most convenient for our politicians, judges, and preachers. While educating us to believe they know better than we know, educating us to know little, Obama, "I was born in sin. I'm a Christian," I heard him say it. Who is this man who feels he was born in sin, who wants to take from the rich? I know people who don't like who they are. They are control freaks. Why should I trust Obama with control of the wealth of the nation? The rich grow the economy; government redistributes. McCain says he is a Christian. He doesn't want to take from the rich.

I departed Roosevelt's status quo legacy and never looked back at the Sodom and Gomorrah I left. I chose to go it alone on a small boat in the South Atlantic Ocean. That's where I found God. My life was a failure. Now it is good. I think we need to look within for our answers and demand that the tinhorns we elect to high office, instead of agents of redistribution, be public servants.

A God for New Age Man

The story of my life progressed from striking out alone, the first step. My next step was finding a mate I could love and be loved back, and from that point in my development in a social life. I learned justice made to order for me and from that point to real freedom. Life is good in these, my twilight years. I've taken generous helpings of what life has to offer in my time. You can read about it in my blogs.

A Democrat, Senator Joe Lieberman's speech to the Republican National Convention of 2008 pointed squarely  at the American people's problem: government. He urged Democrats to cross partly lines and vote for Senator McCain. He praised McCain's choice of vice presidents, Governor of Alaska's Sara Palin. Senator Lieberman is one honest politician. Senator McCain is another. The two  have worked together for the good of their country. My life is good because, like Senators Lieberman and McCain, I depend on my own good judgement.

Mention Social Security and you've got a fight. Millions depend on it.  You should think about this: Faith in government is a myth. Government has never in the history of man  ever given the meek the paradise governments claim. Put government together with religion and it spells war.

The faithless, including American politicians, are playing games with the gullible.  Faithless politicians significantly raised Social Security withholding from working America's payroll tax, ostensibly, to save for the coming baby boomer years. It is what you call having your cake and eating it at the same time. The frauds created a trust fund and invested the surplus for the baby boomer years. It's real enough, but It doesn't conform with legitimate bookkeeping practice. Nothing the United States does with taxpayer money conforms with standard bookkeeping practice.

Faithless politicains give the American people a  pyramid game. My father, who was self employed, paid a couple of hundred dollars a year in Social Security tax for five or so years and retired with a $500 per month Social Security income for the next 29 years. Money doesn't grow on trees. Social Security depends on those working to fund it. Those starting to work this year will pay more in Social Security tax than they can ever hope to get back. Anyone starting work today who depends on Social Security is whistling Dixie.

Social Security is a depression day remedy Roosevelt and the Democrats implemented. We've not experienced economic depression since World War II. Millions of American workers place their faith and trust in government. It has never in the history of mankind paid off. In the end, governments always fail, the reason being that ss they grow in power, they grow corrupt. The more the power, the more grasping they become. Social Security is really social insecurity-dependence on government.

A committee of faithless politicians, headed by Republican  Senator Bob Dole, significantly raised Social Security withholding from working Americans' paychecks, and, likewise, took a greater cut of the profits of their employers. The amount went on employer books as overhead, a consideration in the price they charged for their services. By the way, Obama plans to raise the tax of the rich, namely, those who employ workers. As their tax goes up, up goes the prices we pay for goods and services, an example of why we should not place our faith in politicians.

In any event, the faithless created a trust fund in which to deposit the surplus Dole and his fellow politicians charged America. Those faithless frauds borrowed from the trust fund, which money they handed out to buy votes. They gave the trust fund I.O.U.s in the form of interest bearing Treasury bonds, calling it investing the surplus. It is what you should call having your cake and eating it. Actually, it is a shell game. At the present time the faithless have squandered $2 trillion, the money they invested to keep themselves in office. Future taxpayers will foot a considerable interest bill on the money your faithless representatives borrowed from the Social Security Trust Fund.  You, the future taxpayers of America, are saddled with a $2 trillion bill, an unfunded liabilty.  And that's just for starters.  No way, no how is Obama's plan going to work.

Obama's proposed cut in defense spending at the same time that he takes from the rich and gives to the poor is the way to defeat.  His is a sure way to more government dependence. I'm for cutting defense spending at the same time that government cuts taxes for everyone, allowing for faith in self.  People trusting people don't depend on government.  You don't need to show your might, folks.  Take it from me, Obama is a loser.   Take your choice in whom to place your faith. Religion offers you numerous gods. In practice, faith in religion, add government, and  you've got  the surest way to war.

Faith in the external is saying to let tomorrow take care of itself.  Hey, folks, you are going to be here and left standing when the music stops.  Better that  we start now to faze out government entitlements. You don't vote for Obama. He is not your keeper.

You must have faith in  yourselves.  My story is about love, about how love came to me. God is love; my life is good. If it works for me, it can work for all. Centra is right. "Gaia is a fireball of consciousness, extending out in all directions beyond time, a pulsating beating awareness of what is. Everything in the universe is Gaia. We are. It is. The universe is. Gaia is the breath of the Infinite." I repeat: I've taken generous helpings of what life has to offer in my time. It is giving back in generous proportions. Faith in  yourselves and Gaia is the way to go.

A God for New Age Man

It seems that many Americans, if you can believe the polls, a majority like the ideas of the big brother political party, the Democrats. Democrats don't like the idea of being your own keeper. I emphatically disagree that McCain's message is ninety percent Bush's message. McCain wants to cut taxes and spending. Bush is a big spender, one of the biggest. He helped the economy by borrowing. We bought homes on easy credit. No one was minding the store. Now we're paying the price. We did little to solve the energy problem. Now we're paying. Obama wants to increase taxes and spending. There are good and bad changes, and Obama's change is going back to depression day remedies.

Who is Obama for? I see Obama as someone who is willing to let tomorrow take care of itself, the usual tinhorn political stand that has gotten the nation into deep financial trouble. Who is McCain for? McCain is thinking about America's future, for the young who are in big trouble it Obama is elected.

The Democrats, with the leftist media's help, are making the usual bad jokes that backfire on them. Michael Moore was wrong when he said there is a God in Heaven. He brought Hurricane Gustav to spoil the Republicans' convention. God sent the Republicans Sara Palin. The New York Times and the Washington Post were wrong in more than one way. They didn't properly investigate. McCain did. Palin is a Republican life saver. A new star is born that is going to be around a long time. With a McCain-Palin ticket, instead of continuing to head for the rocks with an Obama-Biden administration, America will change her course. By the time McCain and Palin are done, the leftist media will have gone to bed and assumed the prenatal position.

Obama says that the Republicans have not spoken a word on the economy. People are hurting. Is that the best he can do? I predict that McCain is going eliminate wasteful government spending, regain the trust of the American people, put the fear of God in America's enemies, and cut taxes. Is that not speaking for the economy? Government doesn't produce; we the people produce. Obama's statement says he doesn't know the first thing about free enterprise. Alas, Obama's support doesn't like what goes along with free enterprise-personal responsibility. In order to be in charge of your lives, folks, you've got to have personal responsibility.

I listen to my inner self, not to external authority. McCain is not for the status quo, not for the model it has created, an individual subservient to the establishment. I'm a libertarian. McCain's answers appeal to me. I'm a child of the new age. External authority was not present when I was in the middle of the ocean on a small boat in a terrible storm. A strange thing took place. I felt in control, like an orchestra conductor, my hand on the wheel moving to the rhythm of the tempest. There were three others with me. I can't tell you why, but we arrived at our destination at my estimated time of arrival and sailed through the breakers at the mouth of the inlet. My crew called it a miracle.

The miracle I mention took place in 1976. In 2008, I'm at my retirement destination, in the kind of a place I'd dreamed of for many years. Don't ask me how. All I can say is my number came up on the government's entitlement wheel of fortune. After I retired the authorities stepped up to the plate. All of my working life, they confiscated my property. You can read about it in the story of my life.

The paradigm the establishment's authority gives us is based on the belief that everything in the universe is physical. The paradigm religion gives us that God is supernatural. The philosopher Nietzsche asked did God make a mistake in creating us or did we make a mistake in creating God? My revelations are without solid evidence, and, without limitation. Authority has no way of explaining because it does not know me, or care to know me. Obama is establishment oriented. How does Obama decide my needs? His rain falls on anyone, as does his manna from heaven. Obama does not understand a free market economy. He is ignorant of how the human mind works. He will take independence and give dependence. Is that the change we want? I hope not. That's the establishment. It hasn't changed since Roosevelt changed the Constitution. Obama speaks for those judges who want to preserve Roosevelt's change and against those judges who don't buy it. Is that what we want? Why would we want to fight it? Why would we not want what I received from government, a fine new home?

When I put the pieces together, I'm left to represent the new age's self-control. I'm against the world's enslavement of the human soul. Man's world doesn't explain the motions of the planets or the purpose. I'm not as the world sees me, with a particular way of thinking, I'm the faculty of consciousness, with no beginning, no end. I'm immaterial-with a mind that interacts with matter. My experience is inner.  My philosophy is perfectly aligned with Jack Clarke's philosophy to whose I've referred you to.  And that's not all. Jack Clarke divored, bought a boat and went cruising in 1975. I divorced, bought a boat in 1975, and went cruising.  Jack Clark's home page  http://www.jackclarke.net/boating.htm

See in the story of my life here http://inlink.gaia.com/blog/2008/8/the_making_of_new_age_man_chapter_1_continued8

Obama is not aware of my inner being. Should we not worry? Obama knows what is best for himself, which, says he, is for the good of the country. He has it all figured out. Take from the rich and give to the poor. Pray tell me what's new in Obama's change? Where does that leave you when you depend on the vote? It isn't best for the country if the majority votes to take your existence, as it did mine, through its redistribution agent, Obama, who would pass it out to his support. That's what dictators do.

Obama says he wants to talk with the world's most treacherous dictator. He wants Islamic terrorists to enjoy the same rights as American citizens. Anything to appease the enemy. That isn't my idea of the road to peace, nor is it Bush's idea. As a matter of fact, it is the road to enslavement. If McCain is ninety percent in favor of Bush's policy, maybe that's better than Obama's policy.

Einstein said, "no problem can be solved by the same consciousness that created it." Leftist liberal government made the problem. The American people bought it. McCain says he would rather lose the election than stoop to leftist liberal politics. I'm going to vote for McCain.

The Making of New Age Man, Chapter Xcont2

A God for New Age Man

In the story of my life, you find many connecting coincidences. Numerologist Hans Decoz under Your Expression is 16/7: "Joe, you are gifted with an analytical mind and an enormous appetite for the answers to life's hidden questions. You have a strong interest in exploring scientific matters, philosophy, and even mysticism. You possess clarity and persistence in your search for truth. You can be a great researcher, educator, and philosopher. You are driven by a desire for knowledge and truth. You must learn to discriminate between illusion and reality, but you are well equipped for this task. Your fine mind offers you insight into the veiled mysteries of life. You also possess a considerable amount of perspective. Somewhere inside you, you are aware of a peaceful place that you call upon during difficult times. Joe, you need time to be by yourself. Too much social interaction causes you stress. You need your privacy and a place that can be shut off from the hustle and bustle of life."

Accordingly, here am I continuing my life's journey in Big Valley Woods, in the tall timber 30 miles from Mt. Hood, blogging my life story on the Gaia Community. Coincidentally, I'm finding many connections here on the Gaia Community site. From my blog, I was referred to Jack Clarke. Since his philosophy dovetails with mine, I was curious about him. I found his Web pages on the Internet. http://www.jackclarke.net/index.html Jack Clarke walked the docks in 1975 looking for an affordable live-aboard sailboat to off-shore cruise. He found the right boat. In 1975, I walked the docks looking for the right boat to live aboard and cruise the South Atlantic.

In 1992, Jack Clarke bought his first computer, a 286 with Windows 3.0, with 30 megs of RAM. In 1992 I bought my first computer, a 286 with Windows 3.0, with 30 megs of RAM.

Jack Clarke owned and RV and traveled in it. He mentioned Mayberry's, where he purchased a Honda generator. I own an RV and traveled in it. I bought a Honda generator from Mayberry's

Jack Clare likes to sing. I play the keyboard and sing.

I find that Jack Clarke's philosophy and mine dovetail on the making of new age man.

Do we have a life destiny. Numerologists think we do. I think they are right. In Numerology and The Divine Triangle, I was given a formula to determine my life lesson. I came up with the number 7. It means I'm here to use and develop my mind.

In case you haven't noticed, science is bringing our world closer and closer to the world of nanoscience. The nanoscale, out of our realm of understanding, is the first point where science can assemble something. Technology is constantly putting together smaller and more powerful devices. At the same time, science is discovering more about our DNA. Some think it is possible to build a robot that thinks and acts like a human being. I don't think so, and I'm not alone. The cutting edge of science has added to the physical universe, consciousness. It isn't within our skulls. We are more than an accumulation of atoms. We exist in a state of consciousness. We interact with matter. Matter doesn't interact with itself beyond the point of knowing itself. A robot, like a rock, doesn't think beyond itself. A body cell knows the world it lives in and nothing more. We don't think about breathing. Our bodies take care of that. Our human world extends beyond our bodies. The more we observe, the broader and deeper our thinking. What is it that holds us back?

Although we are capable of thinking in the abstract, we filter out information that doesn't fit the mold we've built. Somehow the physical me connects with the immaterial. I can't believe it is supernatural. I discount religion. It is beyond our present understanding, but we're zeroing in on it through our understanding of the nanoscale world. For instance, we've discovered that subatomic particles, once connected, instantaneously communicate no matter how distant they are separated, proving a dimension of the universe enveloping the time-space consortium. Einstein proved that at the speed of light time stands still and length shrinks to zero. It all boils down to a state of mind.

The actual circumstances of our existence are there-no denying it. However, there are apparent circumstances. The state of mind is what keeps authorities in control. They often don't see us as individuals, but as projections of themselves. Barrack Obama, in order to make the point that he is concerned about the economy, claimed that the speakers at the RNC never once mentioned the economy. I wonder why in the world he could say that. Is it because his idea of the economy and the Republicans' idea of the economy widely differ?

Few Americans have suffered as much as John McCain suffered as a prisoner of war in North Viet Nam. He told the RNC that they stripped him of his pride. He was in a 4 x6 cell being brutalized for six long years. Do we have any idea of what that meant to John McCain? John McCain does not see us as projections of himself. McCain was humbled. It made him love his country and the freedom he once enjoyed.

McCain said he loved America and would work for his country until his last breath. The camera panned the audience. From the looks on their faces I knew they understood. The camera zoomed in on a black man with tears welling in his eyes. I could not hold back my tears. I lived in the South when "colored people" had to sit in the back of the bus. They could not use white restrooms or drink from white water fountains. A black child buying an ice cream cone in a drug store was ordered to get off a soda fountain stool. When I was in the service of my country during World War II, a combat infantrymen, a black soldier in my outfit with me was denied entrance in a restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia. The gentle people of the South had no idea of what we had been through to protect their freedom. Thank God those bad times are behind us.

If elected, John McCain said he would fight special interests, fight to end wasteful government spending, fight self-serving corruption in Washington, D.C., fight, if necessary, to preserve America's freedom, knowing first hand the horrors of war. He said American children are being denied their civil right to an education by Washington's bureaucrats. He would fight to allow parents to choose where to send their children to be educated, and the bad teachers could find some other line of work. He would fight their union on that. He would appoint judges who followed the rule of law and did not legislate from the bench. Obama said he would do the opposite. Even this bad old Republican who puts America first let his audience understand that he knew the trouble many Americans had in paying the bills and he would see to it that government did not cause them to lose their jobs due to the high taxation and bigger government Obama wants. My friends, the economy is not based on a depression day redistribution of incomes. Obama is living in the past. We must move forward.

McCain told his audience that Obama would place a bureaucrat between us and our doctors. McCain said he would work to reduce the size of government, get government out of lives. Amen to that.

Many Americans have strong feelings about the right to life and same sex marriage. How does that effect the right to survive on the fruits of our own labor, to be our own person, to be like John McCain? He is an American icon. In light of who we are and our true purpose in life, we've allowed our paradigm limitations to warp good judgement. John McCain has lived a life that says in many ways he is the right man to lead the American people. If you have listened to Cindy, McCain's wife, you know she is the right first lady. She has dedicated her life for many years to helping the helpless. If you have listened to Governor Sara Palin, you know McCain made the right choice of vice presidents.

It is the right time to stand up and fight for the right to be you, and John McCain is the right man to help you.

The Making of New Age Man, Chapter X, cont3

Brother, can you spare a dime?

A God for New Age Man

I've learned through the school of hard knocks what it means to be an American. It is spelled out in the Declaration of Independence and Constitution. The American people were divided over slavery. The Taney Court sided with the South, forcing Abraham Lincoln, who happened to be a Republican, to call the South's hand. Slavery, by the way, was an economic issue. The South claimed it could not survive without it. America's Constitution clearly states that all Americans are equal, not equal in government guarantees, but in opportunity. America is as divided today as she was prior to the Civil War. It's government guarantees that divide the people, robbing Peter to pay Paul. Now it's government entitlements we can't do without. The Republican party has come a long way in the wrong direction since Lincoln. The country is now as divided as it was in Lincoln's day. We didn't learn.

Redistribution of the wealth is America's bone of contention. Who among us is qualified to decide who gets what? How is America's head of the national family's income derived? Uncle Sam's pay check comes from the taxpayers. He hands it out according to which group has the most political clout. In case you didn't know it, some of us, America's entry level workers, are sucking hind tit.  So what do we do?  We entitle them.  Green cards and green stamps have something in common.  We  don't like that.  It goes against our principles. This is the land of opportunity, not government guarantees.  Taxes caused me to be locked out of my pad. Down the street, there was a mile long food stamp line.  You have to understand that we pay in one way or another for America's fruit pickers.  It is all a government instigated shell game.  Quit complaining and do the right thing.  Ride the instigators out of office on a rail.

During the Great Depression, when a third of America's work force was jobless, Roosevelt and the Democrats forced a change in the Constitution. They implemented massive individual grants in aid, later to be called government entitlements. The depression ended with World War II but government entitlements grew like Jack's bean stalk. The American people took the government bate, hook, line, and sinker. Besides skyrocketing taxation and inflation, the American people have voted themselves a $9.5 trillion national debt, not to mention being individually in debt up to their eyeballs. Thank you, President Bush!

We've gone to such an extreme with Bush as our head of the house that national bankruptcy looms. Bush's name for his extravagance is compassionate Republicanism. Actually, it is mindless squandering of our rights and responsibilities. Instead of implementing a cure for our addiction, Bush supplied us with more dope, all in the name of help for the economy. For what we've gained we are in debt. We're worse off than before he took office. Compassionate Republicanism is actually leftist, downright socialistic with a Republican twist. So lets get our act together. No way is John McCain ninety percent for Bush's policy. The leftist press is kicking its own rear.

Bush's answers should tell the American people that we can't depend on government to manage our finances. But no, now we've got a new head of the house running for president who wants to raise taxes and spending. It is our addiction, folks. We've gone bonkers.

I'd like to mention the will of the people in this can of worms. Reading from the legal brief of Joseph W. Smith, Jr. versus Commissioner of Internal Revenue in the Supreme Court of the United States (case number 1570 in the October term of 1980), in State Board of Education v Barnette, "The very purpose of the Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and establish them as legal principles to be applied by the courts. One's right to life, liberty, and property . . . and other fundamental rights may not be submitted to vote; they depend on the outcome of no elections."

The American people are not aware that in the Bill of Rights, written into America's Constitution, in Amendment Five, no individual shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law (governmental fairness). The taxpayer has the right to be heard in a meaningful way in a meaningful place. You didn't know that? The IRS called me a "Fifth Amendment freak." My case was already heard in 1946 (Acker v. Commissioner), according to the lawyer for the Commissioner, Solicitor General Wade H. McCree, Jr. Claims the authorities, taxes have not changed so much that the same case should be heard again. The authorities use family income with all of the deductions in their assumption. I was a single with no deductions. Figures don't lie but liars figure. McCree admitted in his brief that the IRS had been mistaken but that the mistake had been corrected. The IRS mistake put me on the street. While the mistake was corrected, only after I took the IRS to court, nothing was done to correct the IRS. The IRS is permitted to make limitless mistakes. You didn't know that? The taxpayer has no more rights than the South's former slaves. Government expedience has not changed one iota. The government, the courts, and the American people, the same as it was when slavery was a matter of policy, look the other way.

I awakened this morning with a strong feeling that if we dream of a better world we must realize that we're sitting on shifting sand. Our familiar structure is cracking and will soon crumble. A new more spiritual understanding is in the wind. The controls of our destiny, for authority's own selfish ends, is under growing pressure and the energy is building.

To give taxpayers their right to exist on the fruits of their own labor-and the responsibility-would mean that the whole structure would have to be torn down and rebuilt. The American people prefer the injustice of taxing workers out of existence in order to keep an unjust structure in place.

What, you don't agree with me? What have you personally done to end the deprivation of rights I bring to your attention? Thanks to the leftist press, you see me as someone trying to get out of paying his fair share of the tax burden, don't you? How do you look at people living on the street? Do they deserve to be there? Federal judges, who don't give me the right to live on my own sweat, have ruled that I have a right to live on the street. A president Obama would appoint judges who give taxpayers the right to live on the street. In principle, it is no different than slavery. It is all in the record. What a pity that you didn't know that. Someone once said the price of freedom is eternal vigilance.

The nation is as divided as it was prior to the Civil War, the American people are every bit as expedient as they were prior to the Civil War. We've got peaceniks on the march whistling Dixie. A house divided cannot long stand. The up and coming presidential election is crucial to America's continued existence. But don't you worry, Barrack Obama has the answer. He claimed that the Republicans never mentioned the economy during their convention. His idea of the economy obviously differs. His concern is for the worker trying to make ends meet, with no more idea of the unjust deprivation I bring to your attention than the man in the moon.

I've not heard Obama mention the IRS. This tinhorn politician claims he is going to cut taxes for 95 percent of America's workers, with a $9.5 trillion national debt. No way, no how. Obama is no better than Bush. He will lead the nation to depression and bankruptcy. But not to worry, Obama and the Democrats, and many me-too Republicans, want America to accept Europe's socialism as the only answer. Is that the change you want? If you think for one minute that the American people think like Europeans, you are looking at another civil war.

John McCain has had a totally different background than his opponent. Obama learned his political stand in a northeastern school of higher learning. He is one of the intelligentsia who dream up a better world and then force the pieces to fit their dream. The airheads have never understood free enterprise. They love socialism. It puts them in control. There went our freedom. A fifth grade education would tell us they are wrong. It takes higher education to learn Obama's dumbed down thinking. The theory is shot through, with many holes. McCain spent six years in a 4x6 cell being brutalized, where he learned to love America for her freedoms. That's reality. If president, McCain would cut taxes and shrink government. So now you have a clear choice, socialism or McCain. He would get government off of our backs. If president, McCain would lead the nation back to sanity and the end of division that comes from the dumbed down thinking of schools of higher learning.

America was the envy of the world. Big government and high tax is the reason America is disliked by much of the world. Big tax, big power, big brother government-socialism-means big corruption. If we Americans want a world at peace, we best put the individual back in the driver's seat.

The Making of New Age Man, Chapter X,cont4

A God for New Age Man

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul . . . Psalm 23.

Were we not brought together at Gaia for a larger purpose than our own selfish desires?

In 1973, I felt a bigger than life calling; that I was here for a larger purpose than my own selfish desires. Anyone who would take on the all-powerful IRS is either out of his mind or has a larger purpose.

Only in America, as far as I know, can an individual take his government to court. I didn't need a lawyer. I had the country law library. The IRS had the might; I had the law. I filed a petition to the U. S. Tax Court on a deliberately mistaken IRS assessment against me for tax I didn't owe. The IRS froze my tax refund, offering to forward my refund only if I would drop my petition. I filed a complaint in the U.S. District Court. My complaint was dismissed. Twice the U. S. District Court dismissed my complaint. The mighty don't like pipsqueaks like me horning in on the action.

My petition to the Tax Court was heard five years after I filed it. The IRS was forced to correct its erroneous assessment and give me my tax refund. The Tax Court is not authorized to hear constitutional issues. I appealed to the U. S. Court of Appeals on the constitutionality of federal income tax. I was ruled against.  I took my issue to the U.S.
Supreme Court. My petition was denied without a word.

I filed a third complaint in the U.S. District Court for the money the IRS seized from me after the Tax Court ruled in my favor. The court decided to hear me. The IRS forked over the money it seized with interest, and then went to my bank and seized every cent in my checking account. The IRS is permitted to make limitless mistakes. The courts look the other way.

There was nothing to do but to go public, which I did. I went to The Palm Beach Post. A reporter started questioning the IRS and got the truth of the matter. The IRS admitted that for 11 years it had been mistaken. A front page story on the IRS mistakes was printed. The IRS put the money it seized back in my bank. Nothing was done to stop the mistakes. People are sorry for what the IRS did to me. My ex wife was sorry. She suggested that I see a psychiatrist. You can read about that in my life story.

My bigger than life calling did much more for me than beat the IRS. People were sorry that I was mad at the world, but that was my problem. Actually, they don't like people who make waves. So, in 1975, cued in, I departed my old life and took to the waves for two years.

Yes, dear departed, cherished day,

Cold Memory's hand restore

Your morning light, your evening rays,

From Time's grey urn once more;

Then might this restless heart be still,

The straining eyes might close.

And Hope her fainting pinions fold,

While the fair phantoms rose.

But, like a child in ocean's arms,

We strive against the stream

Each moment farther from the shore,

Where life's young fountains gleam;

Each moment fainter wave the fields,

And wider rolls the sea,

The mist grows dark-the sun goes down-

Day breaks-and where are we?

Oliver Wendell Holmes

During my time at sea, not only did I save my own life, but the lives of six other people. I found the real me at sea. After I returned, I found a soul mate for life. My bigger than life calling brought me to a place to retire I'd dreamed of for many years. If my life could be any better, I don't know how. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul.

Where was the Lord during the six years John McCain suffered in a North Viet Nam prison? The Lord works in mysterious ways. John says the North Vietnamese broke him. He lost his pride but gained a love for America and the freedom it gives people (notwithstanding the mighty in America with the power to make you wish you were not born). By the grace of God, John came home to serve America..

I fought for America on the battlefield during World War II. I'm a disabled veteran and grateful to the American people for the help I'm getting. I fought against the IRS and the lawless United States for which it stands. I understand John's love of America and I have faith that John can turn things around.

The Making of New Age Man, Chapter XI

Interacting Mind and Matter

Being put out to pasture, I'm prone to think about eating too much. The Making of New Age Man is, indeed, intriguing. I've lost 10 pounds in the month I've been writing the story of my life. It isn't fast foods. It's boredom. The authorities we look to for guidance are turning us into round rolly-pollys to fit their round holes. If elected, square peg John McCain can and will turn things around. Sara Palin will make you think.

Up to this point, I've written 49, 301 words. I've spent countless hours on this fascinating project. Given a world of government entitlement, is it any wonder the American people are overweight? The questions I raise concern all sentient beings on this planet. Let us make man in our image, Genesis 1:26, and let us have dominion. It is not political. It is the most fundamental principle of our lives.

We don't realize that we have the power within to make our individual lives good or bad, and the same applies to our social life. No external power can conjure up a good life for us. Too many Americans are square pegs. Visions of being like Europe will never work in America. America's intelligentsia creates division. A house divided will soon fall.

Think about hippies, who hate American values, who are now teaching in schools of higher learning, who indoctrinate America's youth, who now hold positions of power. A small minority is manipulating the American people away from rugged individualism, turning us into rolly-polly pegs to fit the intelligentsia's round holes.

Up jumps the devil, namely me. I get a totally different message from the story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden than I was taught. No way is the tree of knowledge of good and evil forbidden fruit. No way was I born in sin. The devil is earthly authority doing its dead level best to prevent us from making man in our image. The burden of guilt authority heaps on the gullible is pathetic. There but for the grace of God go I is hokum. God helps those who help themselves. The masses are on a snipe hunt. They don't realize that the energy is building for a drastic change. It will not come gradually. It will be an explosion. Those who don't heed my message are going to be left in a cloud of dust. Read the message of new age prophets and learn that the world is about to go through a sea change. We are on our way to being put in charge of our individual lives.

The biggest mystery of life is consciousness, the awareness of sentient beings. Darwin's theory of evolution has been shown to be false. It isn't survival of the fittest. New life forms have suddenly appeared. Science has yet to say why. From whence the genetic code? No one can tell you. You can choose faith in the supernatural. The supernatural is a word that says nobody knows; leave well enough alone. If you've read the story of my life, you know I did not leave well enough alone. You know I paid a high price. You know that in the end I won. My life is good. If you and Obama don't get it, then go ahead and live in hope and die in despair.

Why, I ask, would we humans be the only creatures on Earth with the intelligence to take dominion over all other life. You will not get the right answer from the pulpit. There are far too many coincidences in my life to say there is not a natural force in charge of all things and all life in the universe. It is mind over matter.

Imagine yourself in the middle of the ocean with the heavens above. Where are you? You are nowhere. Everywhere is the same. Who do you look to for guidance? I was saved, along with six others. You can read about it in the story of my life.

One of America's favorite hymns, Amazing Grace, was written by a former captain of a ship plying the slave trade. In a storm as sea, he discovered his real self, and wrote:

Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound

That saved a wretch like me.

I once was lost but now am found,

Was blind but now I see.

Wouldst thou know the secret of the sea?

Only those who brave its dangers

Comprehend its mystery.

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

I've referred you to "Why A New Age Anyway?" Had you read it, you would have heard my message to the world: that authority, as we know it, is on its way out. You read in Jack Clarke's "who are New Agers anyway" that they are "people who have the courage to take charge of their own lives. . . people who don't wait for someone else to tell them what is right for themselves . . . people sailing their own boats with the universal wind at their backs," precisely what you read in the story of my life.

We think we're familiar with our physical environment. Think again. How nature goes about bestowing life is immaterial. It has no weight in law. We are not here, according to the law of the land, by any force of nature. That's religious. It goes against the policy of separation of church and state. My friends, the whole establishment is preaching pure hogwash.

Is matter inert? Since the ancient Greeks, the atom has been known as nature's basic building block. More lately, science has discovered many parts to the atom. Subatomic particles, the aspects of matter, expose science to a strange world, one that doesn't behave like the world we know. We are told not to worry about it. The aspects of matter exists in a world of their own. Boy! Is that ever putting the cart before the horse? Not to worry about the aspects of our human existence, it's separate from us? I don't think so. How could that be?

This strange new world science is discovering is a world of infinite possibility, in which something can be a wave and a particle. Observation changes it from wave to particle. But not to worry about that either, it has nothing to do with our world. Gee, it gets worse. Is it not true that by understanding this strange world of particles, man has built an atomic bomb? Matter is not inert. When we view television we are looking at directed particles called electrons. Are we, ourselves, not directed particles? Who or what directs particles? Is it immaterial? Are we simply hunks of meat? Noooo, we have a God in a place called Heaven. Nature is not involved in our laws. Faith in God, the law, and science are all different worlds. Really folks, how convenient! How can the establishment be on target? It can be and is because to think otherwise would be to tear down a structure that has stood over the millenniums. So, go ahead and leave well enough alone and be left at the switch.

The Making of New Age Man, Chapter XI, Cont1

The Interacting of Mind and Matter

There are those world changers, like Attila, the Hun, Alexander, the Great, and Hitler, who force change by conquest. Other world changers, like Newton, Einstein, and Heisenberg, cause change by advancing knowledge of the makeup of the universe. Notwithstanding the Christian Crusades and other insane Christian acts in the name of Jesus, Jesus of Nazareth changed the world to a kinder, gentler place. Yet here we sit with the Sword of Damocles hanging over us, with no idea of what to do make our lives more secure. My thoughts are either taken from what others have thought, or others agree with me on what to do. My question is why the need of external authority telling us how to get to a place called Heaven, or external authority in other ways playing the roll of divine providence?

If you have read the story of my life, you know what the stars say about me. Knowing how the universe works, I know the world's authorities know little about it. When you read about my life, you are led to the truth. I burned most of my energy fighting the authorities until I reached my "golden years." At age eighty-three, I'm healthy in mind, body, and spirit. You know that I know what to do to make my life more secure.

Earthbound authority does not have the ability to lead. It usurps workers' rights, robbing Peter to pay Paul in America in order to make authority more mighty. Who is so divinely blessed that he knows who should have what? This fraud against workers, stealing their energy, has made the United States the mightiest nation in the world, and yet significantly internally weakened.  We're a house divided. Only eight percent of the American people, according to polls, approve of their government.

Currently, America's authority is addressing symptoms of the problems they created. I'm going to give you my answers for the cause and the cure-what you don't learn from the establishment. My answers are never mentioned by  the establishment. You don't read my answers in the newspaper, in books, or on the Internet, save my blog. I'm out of the establishment's orb.

While only eight percent of the American people approve of what their government is doing-actually, in gridlock and doing nothing to solve growing problems-my answers are where I lose my audience. We pat ourselves on our backs for knowing a lot, in fact, knowing so much that we don't know the more subtle workings of nature.

For the brave souls who read on, I will acquaint you with who we are meant to be so that you have the choice of being of puppy dog or human mentality.  We come to this life with individual personalities The human spirit enters in some yet unexplained way. The data that enters our consciousness enters in some yet unexplained way. We interact with matter in some yet to be explained way. Biologist Julian Huxley, in his essay The Future of Man, tells us, "Man's exploration and control of external nature has outdone his exploration and control of his own nature." I'm here to tell you about your nature, something the establishment does not tell you, and most of you don't appear to me to know.

In the makeup of everything, the molecule transcends the state of awareness of the atom. The cell transcends the state of awareness of the molecule. Although we realize we are more than other life forms, from the wisdom of the ancients to the cutting edge of science being told about our nature, we have ignored the fact that we are created with the ability to cope; we don't need to be externally managed.

We are not hive creatures.  Our archetype possessed our minds, and like a computer hard drive, blank. We've been duplicating ourselves 250,000 years. So, who are we in the year 2008? The chain of events I've above mentioned that go to make us physical beings, have miraculously given us minds capable of understanding the subtle workings of the universe.

We read in the Bible that we are here to make man in our image, and to have dominion over all other life. We are made in the image of God, but who is God, or what is God? We absolutely do not know. There could only be one supreme force of the universe.

We read in the Bible of a tree of knowledge and good and evil-in the Garden of Eden, where the Lord provides all of our needs. Sounds like the welfare state. Socialist nations are the equivalent of the Garden of Eden. What is this about redistribution of the wealth, taking from the rich and giving to the poor? Is it not saying let authority do your thinking? Is it not a means of authority controlling us?

The fruit of said tree is forbidden to us. Why? So the Bible tells us, eating the fruit, knowing good and evil, we become sinners. Excuse me, but how ridiculous can we get! Are we puppy dogs, who don't know morals, or human beings making man in our image?  How could we believe we are born in sin! It is written that we, not the authorities, are making man in our image.

I'm for peace. The Bible says God kicked man out of his garden and left man to till the soil. That says it all. The Bible is the moral story of man. As moral beings, we read in the Bible, as well as lessons of what to be, lessons of what we are not to be. We don't read a verse or two in the Bible and claim to be speaking God's word.  And who is this devil the authorities talk about? Can you blame people for questioning whether we are any smarter than other animals?  The authories are the image of their own creation, the devil.

It is hard to believe that we've come no further than Abraham's God, who came into being in the harshest place on Earth, where life gave people little choice.  Look at all the choices modern man has. What else is the War on Terror but Beduins, desert people of the ancient past wanting to take the world back to the harshest place on earth, where there is little choice: their choice? It isn't any wonder that  there would be continuing war over whose choice it will be?

Earthbound authority has turned the truth about us 180 degrees, so that we feel guilty for being moral.  Authority knows all about how to make war and nothing about peaceful coexistence. Whose fault is that?  It is a case of guilt by association.

Limited as we are in knowing what is real and what is not, we possess memory so that life is more than what happens at the moment. We've yet to determine where in the brain memory is stored. Most of us don't know how an image on a computer sceen happens, and could care less.  Our computers, through a numbers code, arrange the image by telling pixels of information to go up so much and over so much. In much the same way, there is a numbers code that tells everything from subatomic particles on up where to go, to the making of human beings, even up to stars and galaxies. There is a record, too, of everything that ever happened. What we see as a giant clockworks is not all of it. A lot is left to the selection of our minds.

The universe is hostile to life. Our planet is here on a billions to one shot.  Making man in our image on Earth---making man in God's image---Newton's laws of motion determine the nature of things, what comes around goes around, but in quantum physics events are random, neither Newton's laws of motion nor quantum physics' random events tells the story. At the same time that nothing we do is predictable, we are not uncontrolled random events. What a pity that we don't know how well equipped we really are!   At this rate we will soon be history written in the rocks.

Spacetime history plays a major roll in our lives. Every "thing" moves in circus fashion, but we are not meant to be trained animals, nor to sit in the bleachers. If we but knew who we are, we would know we make things happen. Why did Jesus turn over the moneychangers tables? Why was he crucified?Authorities make nothing good happen. Thanks to the opportunity we've given authority by going along, they make trouble for us and the good life for themselves.  Because that's what the authorities wanted, we turned loose a murderer and hung Jesus from a cross. By going along, we've been turned 180 degrees in the wrong direction.  You can read it all in your Bible. It was not because we ate the forbidden fruit. It is because we go along with authority that we sin.

Our brain remembers to have our hearts beat, and without thinking, to tell our fingers what to do on a keyboard. Well and good, but having said that, we have no idea about our embodiment in the spacetime tapestry. Not to worry, though, we leave it to supernatural gods. And what do these gods do? They make war. That has to change.

Quantum physics finds that particles communicate. For all we know, consciousness goes all the way down the ladder to elemental particles. Mentally, we are anywhere we choose to be. Making the most out of our lives to our last breath is what gives us a good life. We can live the life of a puppy dog, but I would say it is for a purpose that we live a lot longer than dogs.

Anthropologists know that in lower animals natural selection makes sense.  They ought to know that earthbound authorities, rather than making sense, follow a mindless juggernaut of might to rule. We humans have come from enslavement of one kind to enslavement of another kind, in the case of the United States, from enslavement of blacks to enslavement of the taxpayer.

The new age leads us to a higher order that mainstream science, religion, and the law doesn't dig.  The mainstream knows what the electromagnetic force does; it knows what gravity does. It knows not what either is. My message to Bill Clinton: "The latest science is learning what ‘is' is. You don't get a pass, buddy." Let this be a reminder to those who follow.

Take the Holy Catholic Church's authority. It saw the earth at the center of the universe. Church authority convicted Galileo as a heretic for seeing the earth in orbit around the sun. Whether it be civic, legal, scientific, or theological authority, speaking of what is, astrologer James Redfield, author of The Celestine Prophecy, sent me an audio tape on what my stars say about me. "We are going to take a look at two key aspects of your astrological data, your Sun sign and your Moon sign," said Redfield. "We are going to talk about them archetypically. The emotional issue is pointed out by your Moon sign-how this feels as you go through life-talk about your Sun sign, again archetypically,  how you naturally uplift people, to give you some good information as you try to find out what your spiritual mission is."

Speaking of the puppy dog mentality, "We all start at immature levels of ego functions. We have a sense of security based on how much we feel in charge of our lives. We want to keep the idea that things are going fine. We have goals we want to achieve. We need to manipulate things to keep everything just right. We need to keep this allusion for security purposes. If new information comes in, we can act defensively. We don't want information that rocks the boat."

"What happens is that this allusion, based on security control, has to shift to our inner connection, our God-self force that gives us a sense of well being no matter what's going on out there. We have to make that opening on the inside."

Our memory of events, the re-experiencing of those events in time, mentally reaching back in time, how far back we can reach we don't know, but logically, unconsciously back to our archetype. We humans have our special means of accounting for reality. Humans started asking questions and we're still asking questions. That's what distinguishes us from puppy dogs. We form images of who we are, but not of conscious awareness, per se. The Bible says I AM THAT I AM. In light of what we should know about ourselves, suffice it to say, consciousness is fundamental to life and experience can only come from that which has experience.

Seeing is believing. We know that the earth spins. Instead of seeing the sun "rise" in the east, we should see the earth turning so that the earth doesn't hide the sun. Instead of seeing the sun "set" in the west, we should see the earth hiding the sun.  No one knows my spacetime. Why vote me into authority's straightjacket? Why not give me the benefit of the doubt? I say I don't need external authority in control of my life.

If, instead of groping for answers, we all started questioning authority, would we not take our place in the sun? Read the story of my life. Over time, our brains have become more complex. Our world is not limited to what our senses tell us. We are now capable of exploring our inner world, which, if we were aware, we can limitlessly expand. We cannot have any other existence than the one we have. So, if instead of depending on the world "out there," what would our experience be if we greatly expanded our conscious awareness?

Legal authorities are "legal." Legal is merely the form of law. Hitler was legal. I'm the substance of the law, and not out to control the world. I hate war. I'm for peaceful co-existence. I'm for creating, not destroying.  What would our world be if the individual was in the driver's seat?

Einstein informed the world that reality is relative. Light occupies a very special place in the universe. Thanks to Einstein, science uses light to make its determination of an expanding universe, from a supposed Big Bang. Water is the medium that makes waves. Light, interestingly, travels in waves-in a vacuum.  Light, being zero mass, and at the speed of light mass is infinite, time  and space do not exist at the speed of light, what?

Light is fundamental to your life. If you know what's good for you, you turn your thoughts inward and perceive of who you are and what you are here to do. If it worked for me, it can work for you.

The Making of New Age Man, Chapter XII

Faith, Hope, and Charity

Siona asks the Gaia Community, "When you are having a hard time letting go of something, what do you do? What suggestions would you have for someone who is trying to release or let go of something that's no longer serving them?"

Good question! A TV presentation on what science has learned about our genes advised me that if we are fifty now it's a good bet that we will live to one-hundred and fifty, and my guess is that long before we reach the end of that extended life, we can add another couple of hundred years to our lives. Since we're looking now at a long time to live with the things that don't serve us, it is very important that we give them up. I gave up smoking on a bet that I would not give it up.

In my early life, I dreamed of doing great things. I dreamed of flying into the wild blue yonder and ended a combat infantryman in World War II. I dreamed of finding someone to love and to be loved, and married someone who was down on herself and everyone else. I married for a second time. I dreamed of a beautiful home in the country and a country squire life. That dream materialized. My astrological chart tells me the thing I most want in life is a life partner. I missed out on what I most wanted. I clug to things that were not serving my needs.

Another thing my astrological chart told me was that I have a lot of determination, so much, in fact, that I can continue to a bitter end. I had reached a state of mind that made life not worth living. Clearly, what made me depart my old life was a bigger than life calling. My life was more important than to allow my own selfish desires to remain in charge. I simply drove away from a life built on the accumulation of things and started over from scratch. From a life of plenty to a life of poverty, no words can describe the experience.

It was humbling to take an entry level job, and even more humbling to be locked out of my pad for non-payment of rent. My bitter end could easily have been a homeless bum. With no experience, I went to sea, went into a situation where an exhilarating sail can and did turn in minutes into a life threatening experience.

Fighting the IRS is equivalent of going to sea with no experience. It is inexplicable, but after leaving myself wide open to a bad end, everything went right. I've been trying to figure it out ever since.

When you find it hard to let go, say I, find a bigger than life calling. Seraphica says, "Stop thinking this is all there is...Realize that for every ongoing war and religious outrage (and the IRS outrage) and environmental devastation, there are a thousand counter-balancing acts of staggering generosity and humanity and art and beauty happening all over the world, right now, on a breathtaking scale, from flower box to cathedral."

Writing the story of my life is opening many new doors, and especially since joining the Gaia Community. I'm making connections with other members. "It's like something in my DNA has picked up a bit of this person, forever encoding them and calling out ‘I know you.' It's relieving and quite scary at the same time," says Jessica. The kind of folks I'm meeting here at the Gaia Community are proof that a bigger than life calling brings us together. It as an omen.

This virtuous circle sucking in new members brings to mind the first rule in the new world order, the law of connection. Shifts are taking place that are tearing old laws to shreds. Hundreds of millions of personal computers and an Internet connecting us, manufactured objects connected by computer, data traffic increasing exponentially, all connecting to all is flushing the authoritarian world down the drain.

All this political chatter about redistribution, government taking from the rich and giving to the poor, is authority's attempts at stealing our energy for its own aggrandizement. The economy is increasingly being networked. Success is infectious. Try as they might, the unaffected will find it increasing difficult not avoid succumbing. We're going to reach the point when success feeds upon itself.

Curious things are taking place. In the Gaia Community, for example, adding more members increases the value for all members, at the same time reducing the value of the powers that be. The second law of the new world order is that more make more. Power comes from abundance. With abundance, things cheapen. We don't take more than our needs when there is an abundance. In the vastly upscaled new world order, rather than things, since you are going to play the primary role, you better start getting in the habit of letting go of the things you don't need.

We run into Rule number three, the law of increasing returns, created and shared by the network economy. Mass production increases the economy but rule number three of the new world order exponentially increases the economy. Authority becomes functionary. Quite naturally, Rule number three favors the earlybird, but this original power source, like Microsoft, more than favoring the powers that be, compounds the benefits to all involved.

We are witness to the very best getting relatively cheaper. Everything is falling under the spell of the microprocessor. The nimbleness of the network economy, supporting a constant flow of new goods and services, all getting cheaper and cheaper, leaves us to dwell on the source of it all, rule number four, the "Golden Rule."

I let it all go, forty-nine years of futile effort. Faith in myself led me to faith in God. Faith in God led me to my soul mate and my present good life. What do I have better to do in my twilight years than share with others what I've learned?

Faith, Hope, and Charity

With regard to service,  and my responsibility to the Gaia Community, the events of September 11, 2001 have been brought to mind. I'm reminded of the legend of the Phoenix, a mythical bird that after hundreds of years of existence immolated itself on a pyre and rose from the ashes to live again. Mine is a story of resurrection coincidental with the eruption of Mt. St. Helens. My life had become a calamity. With faith in myself and the hope of a better life, I found the love of my life and was renewed. On our first date, on May 18, 1980, the day Mt. St. Helens erupted, Karen and I  were not 50 miles away on a hike to Multnomah Falls. Faith, hope, and charity is in the nature of things and people.  One of the most beautiful places nature has provided, Crater Lake, Oregon, was once the scene of a volcanic eruption forty times as great as Mt. St. Helens' eruption.

In The New American Standard Bible, Corinthians 13:13: "But now faith, hope, love, abide these three; but the greatest is love." In the King James Bible, "And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity." In my Scofield Reference Bible, a King James Bible, this remark: "The ministry gifts must be governed by love." In the Christian religion, charity is love. On that we agree.  We are communicating at Gaia, individual to individual, what we know about love.

President George Bush won with his "compassionate conservatism." He "helped" the economy by borrowing greatly and spending, heaping a great debt on future taxpayers. This is not compassion. It is serving self. I suggest that you listen carefully to the candidates for president asking for your vote. They have a gift for turning things around. If they want to redistribute the wealth according to their idea of who should have what, they are no different than Bush. They are the same as we've endured for the past seventy years. The powers that be have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they don't know better how to spend our money.

The question was publically put to candidate for president John McCain by an Obama supporter, "are we better than other people," meaning Republicans. The question had racial overtones. If we know the true meaning of faith, hope, and charity, if we love America, if we Americans are the exception to the rule, this was candidate John McCain's response to the question. If this makes us better than other people, then I'm a Republican. I want smaller government and the individual back in the driver's seat.

George Bush is no Republican, and John McCain is in no way, no how like Bush.  Barrack Obama is attempting to get across the idea that if you vote for McCain you vote for four more years of Bush. Unless you listen and dwell on what is being said, you risk giving yourself a government that is impersonal and totally lacking of any thought of the individual. It is people with power, people who expediently use their power to serve themselves that you must avoid giving power. It always has been and always will be the will of government to stigmatize the individual by entitling him to be a government dependent.

The United State has placed "legal" ahead of the law of all times, the background of America's Constitution. Legal is merely the form of law. The only entitlement of government is principles of right and justice which are entitled to prevail of their own intrinsic excellence, altogether regardless of the attitude of those who wield the physical resources of the nation.

In the words of Demosthenes, who founded democracy, "Every law is a discovery, a gift of god-a precept of wise men." Therefore, men do not make laws, they do but discover them. You don't hear this from the establishment, but United States does not represent American principles. By going about the world demanding its ideas of democracy, which are no better than anyone's idea, the United States is becoming today's greatest threat to world peace.

We need to go back to the drawing board on democracy. It was meant that America be a government of the people, for the people. There is no intermediary. The state is not entitled to grant government entitlements to the individual. Government has no duty to the individual. The ministry gifts must be governed by love. The ministry is not confined to the Christian religion. The Bible mentions religion only three times. The ministry is those who serve, whether it be in government, in the church or the individual in love of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It is individual to individual, not government to government that assures peace. Look at the results and weep!

If we complacently sit back and let government do our thinking, we know what we get. The United States has a legacy of humbug. The United States is causing the American people to lose sight of America. By imposing its corrupt will on the American people, the United States has divided the nation. If we Americans are true to our heritage, if we love peace, if we love humanity, if we are an exception to the rule, it is incumbent upon us to stand up and be counted.

Faith, Hope and Charity

He who doesn't have the spirit of the times has all the misery. Voltaire

We're in transition, when uncertainty is part of the overall order of things. Coincidentally, Werner Heisenberg published "the uncertainty principle" in the month and year of my birth, September 1925, which later became quantum mechanics, the study of the smallest excitations of matter. On the matter of origins, from nothing comes nothing, A new combination of images is the reality of it all. Something is about to happen in quantum physics; something new and strange is about to happen in the world.

Objectivism comes from Ayn Rand. Existence exists--reality exists independent of consciousness, things are what they are, A is A. Existence has primacy over consciousness; consciousness is awareness of that which exists. A Gaia quote: The adversary she found herself forced to fight was not worth matching or beating; it was not a superior ability which she would have found honor in challenging; it was ineptitude - a grey spread of cotton that seemed soft and shapeless, that could offer no resistance to anything or anybody, yet managed to be a barrier in her way. She stood, disarmed, before the riddle of what made this possible, she could find no answer.

The truth of the matter: The word "objectivism," the tendency to lay stress on the objective; that is, the external elements of cognition, can take too much for granted. The more objective one becomes, the less judgmental, the more indecisive and insecure. This is the vogue in America, and reflected in court decisions. Judicial activism is turning loose predators, making society the victim. "But this determination to banish fools floundered, ultimately, in the installation of idiots." Basil Bunting.

Does the left hand of the establishment know what the right hand is doing? Time, space, distance-and existence-are related. Within the mix, starting with subatomic particles, which once connected always connected, no matter the distance apart, add the state of conscious awareness-without boundary, infinite-the latest science places reality creation---from observation---coming from a dimension of infinite possibility.

The leading thinker of ancient Greece, Plutarch, gave us this thought: An idea, having no form by itself, but giving form to shapeless matter, becomes the manifestation. The mainstream of science can't conceive of indirect means because everything has to have a way of being measured in dimension and weight. Otherwise, the mathematics don't work. That's funny. The father of mathematics, Pythagoras, said numbers are representative of people, figures are representative of things.

In Horace Walpole's fairy tale, The Three Princes of Serendip, we learn of the faculty for making desirable discoveries by accident. I don't agree. What appears to be by accident comes from a prepared mind. The odd thing about my life experience is that when the sequence of events led to a crash, I took a chance of going it alone and discovered the joy of living. If you can start the day without a worry, then you have nobody to blame but yourself.

The establishment is always a day late and a dollar short. Past experience is the harbinger of the future. No one thought I was sane when I bought a live-aboard sailboat and set sail on the South Atlantic Ocean. During my two years at sea, and afterward, my impossible dream became reality. I began my new life with faith in myself and the hope for a better life. My life is good. Anything is possible. Of course there are those who would disagree that we are equipped to make it on our own. They would disagree, as well,  that our reality is what we make it. They can always find the way to blame others for their misfortune.

This brings me to Sara Palin, a housewife who has turned into a rising star. The question: Is she qualified to be the vice-president of the United States? Most of her experience is that of mayor of a frontier village in Alaska. As mayor, she had no experience with health care, social services, the environment, or education. All of that was funded and managed by the State of Alaska.

I'd like to give this housewife the opportunity to show that she can lead. I see her as a breath of fresh air. But who am I to judge. I'm not one of the qualified experts in the news. The minute Senator McCain appointed Palin as his running mate, the poll numbers started changing in favor of McCain. Only eight percent of the American people approve of the way health care, social services, the environment, and education are being managed. It seems that other unqualified to judge Americans share my view. The more the qualified experts talk against Palin, the more the odds change in Palin's favor.  You have to say they are wrong.  We have little faith in the present establishment.

Senator McCain's hand was called the other day by a long-tme establishment broadcaster  for calling the American people exceptional. The question: "Are we better than other people," the inference being white Republicans. McCain's answer was that the American people's generosity was exceptional; the American belief in equal opportunity was exceptional.

Quantum physics has added consciousness to the mix. We know we are consciously aware, but unbound, no. We are not aware that anything is possible. We conveniently set parameters on how much we can know. We place our faith in authorities.

The authoritarian ages are coming to an end. The faithful are going to wake up and find themselves lost in a wilderness of new ideas.

The Higher Law

WASHINGTON - Yesterday's meltdown on Wall Street brought the economy roaring back to the center of the presidential campaign, and the question for the final seven weeks of the general-election campaign is whether Barack Obama or John McCain can convince voters that he is capable of leading the country out of the morass (that George Bush caused).

Who is going to put the government in control and who is going to make the government smaller? Who is for a government managed economy? Who is for a free economy? Who is more for the George Bush philosophy (compassionate conservatism, big spending and bigger indebtedness)  and who is less?

Man's laws are based on an objective-a finished product. We are not finished products. We are each products in our own rights-subjective, and meant to be free to develop according to the higher laws of nature.  Who is for the finished product and who is for the individual?

There are really two selves, the ego-self and the inner-self. By serving the inner-self, we serve others. Contrary to the higher law of nature, in my experience, the makers and keepers of the law, by and through the income tax, a tax on my work, put me on the street. I could not pay my rent on my after tax income. They violated the most fundamental aspect of the law. They robbed me of my inalienable right to pay Paul. People are sorry when they learn of my unfortunate experience with income tax law. However, they prefer to leave things as they are.

People have goals based on the status quo. They want to keep their idea that things are going O.K. They fight new ideas.  Who really wants change and who wants the legacy of the past?  People can't conceive of depending on themselves when they have been taught that society is one big family.  Who talks about America being one big family?

Why tdoes it make people angry when I thank them for forking over their sweat so I can live my present good life? In my view, they are hoping and praying that their government entitlement doesn't end before they, too, can retire and live on other people's sweat.

Why do we prefer to depend on a government wheel of fortune? Government entitlements are pyramid games, with diminishing returns.

I don't buy any theory of law that is not borne out as a natural cause. And just because it can't be directly proven does not say it is in the realm of the supernatural. Intelligence does not come to us directly. Conscious awareness is not direct. With the advent of quantum mechanics, science is no longer limited to measurable evidence in terms of space and time. Existence is vastly more complex. Life involves wider and deeper investigation than our sensibilities indicate.

Intelligent design, as a theory of law, tells us that rather than natural selection, which has never been proven to be the case, in fact, it is now proven to be not the case, says that life is best explained as having an intelligent cause, and so with the law. But that is not the law. No way, Jose! Federal judges have ruled that intelligent design is religious and therefore not to be taught in public schools.

Intelligent design is the reforming of the old creationist theory to agree with advanced scientific thinking.  As I have mentioned before, we are leaving the ages of authoritarian rule, entering a new age. The mask of objectivity is on its way out, and good riddance, say I. The planet Uranus is on the ascendant chart of the United States. The planet Uranus is the ascendant in my chart. I'm Aquarian. Abraham Lincoln, known for freeing America's slaves, was an Aquarian. Carl Jung was an Aquarian. He brought the unknown into clearer focus.

We are subjective; we, individually, are the substance of the law; we are the making of man in our image. We are in the image of our Creator,  by no means  the way the authorities would have us. There is but one creator and we are all in that creator's image, if we choose to be. Would we, as individuals,  choose to destroy those who did not choose to be? If we don't know who we are and what our purpose is, if we are blinded by self-glorification, then the laws of god and man are a one-way street.

For America's judges to say the law is what they say it is shows their ignorance. The law is king, not men. There are only two justices on the U. S. Supreme Court who believe this, Justice Scalia and Justice Thomas. Consequently, the United States is a rudderless ship. The American people have not been this divided since the Civil War.

Who is against the views of Scalia and Thomas?  I ask you, who is the leader now campaigning for president who wants to rid the United States of judges who go by the American Constitution's original intent, the leader who wants to make the law what he feels we need today, who wants to be head of the American family? Who are the folks who are attacking Senator McCain's choice of running mates for lack of experience? Is experience confined to today's experience in health care, social services, the environment, and education? If it is, pity those who follow us.

Coincidental with authoritarian rule, the math that agrees with our sensibilities tells us only a small part of the whole. My bigger than life calling came in 1973. It started with my personal attack on the law in practice. Along the way, I picked up on the chaos theory, third dimension doubling, the Fabonacci sequence, and quantum mechanics, all mathematical, all having to do with the making of man-his consciousness, his intelligent design.

I'm not a mathematician. But, after all, mathematics is a way of making logic. For the most part, I take for granted the above mentioned theories. Mathematical logic has to do with the things of the universe and the production of human beings; illogic is when the two don't meet.  Something is missing, the individual.

While we are not privileged to know all that goes in nature, we know, indirectly, enough to make certain determinations. Classical physics doesn't recognize circumstantial evidence; the law confines it to juries judging other humans to be guilty or innocent. Be honest with yourselves, folks. It doesn't make sense, other than to say, the various authorities, for the sake of convenience, choose to be in charge of their separate fiefdoms, and we all pay a high price.

Let logic be the guide in who you pick to lead the nation.

The Higher Law

Let logic be the guide in who you pick to lead the nation. I happened onto The Obama Nation by Jerome R. Corsi, PhD, lying next to two of Barrack Obama's autobiographies at Costco's, and bought the former. I've read 64 pages, ending with:

"What Obama writes next appears to be the psychological understanding of his mother he had struggled to obtain since he could first remember. ‘I suddenly realized that the depiction of childhood blacks I was now seeing in the screen (Black Orpheus), the reverse image of Conrad's dark savages, was that my mother had carried with her to Hawaii all those years before, a reflection of the simple fantasies that had been forbidden to a white middle-class girl from Kansas, the promise of another life: warm, sensual, exotic, different.'"

"Instead of embracing his mother at this moment, Obama tells us he turned away, ‘embarrassed for her.'"

"‘The emotions between the races could never be pure, even love was tarnished by the desire to find in the other some element that was missing in ourselves.' Obama ended the section by observing. ‘Whether we sought our demons or salvation, the other race would always remain that: menacing alien, and apart.'"

Barrack Obama's white middle-class mother attended the University of Hawaii and met Obama's father, a black Kenyan who was there on a scholarship. They fell in love and were married, two months after Obama was on the way. Shortly after Obama was born, his father was offered a scholarship in Harvard Law School. He said goodby to his family in Hawaii and found a new relationship with a woman at Harvard. When his education was completed at Harvard, Obama's father left that relationship and returned to Kenya, and to his first wife and child he never had divorced. The Harvard woman followed Obama's father to Kenya. They were married and had two children. And, during this marriage, can you believe that Obama's father managed to sire two more children by his first marriage? Obviously, Kenya has a different moral standard. At age forty-six, Obama's father died in a car accident. It was the last of many car accidents. We learn, not in Obama's accounting, not from the leftist American press, that Obama's father, although gifted in intelligence, was an irresponsible, double crossing, egomaniac by American standards. In a drunken stupor this hopeless alcoholic killed himself in a car accident. It makes one wonder about liberal philosophy.

After the departure of Obama's father, his mother obtained a divorce and married an Indonesian, also at the University of Hawaii on a scholarship, which tells us that Obama's mother was sensitive to third world nations and the plight of the underprivileged. She didn't learn anything from her first experience.

Obama's mother's second  Indonesian husband was called back to Indonesia when Obama was six. He lived in Indonesia for four years and learned the Islamic religion. His mother took Obama back to Hawaii, while she studied to be an anthropologist. When she graduated, she returned to her husband in Indonesia. Obama elected to remain in Hawaii in the care of his white grandparents.

Obama was struggling with his identity. I relate to that. In the story of my life, you learn that I had the same problem. I struck out on my own, starting from scratch. I was locked out of my apartment for nonpayment of my rent. Uncle Sam robbed me. Nobody knows the feeling one gets when he is locked out. Nobody knows the feeling black people get from being locked out, unless they are black. The story of Obama's life is the story of a victim of circumstances. Aren't we all victims of circumstances? Do you go through life throwing rocks and end in a prison cell?

In the story of my life, I start with a chronology of events and go from there to the psychological story of my life, which connects with the events. In Obama's two accounts of his life, so I'm informed, he begins with a psychological accounting and ends with a psychological accounting. When you know the actual facts of his background you can understand why he would color the events of his life to suit his political aims.

Barrack Obama wants to be president of the United States. His party sees America as one big family, and Obama the head of the family, with the power to make laws that force everyone to bow to his authority. I want everyone to be in charge of their own lives. The world is moving in that direction.

The world is moving away from authoritarian ages. So, take your choice, an authoritarian head of the state or a president who came from a noble background and was humbled in the Hanoi Hilton.

The Higher Law

After reading Senator Obama's story of his life, concocted by himself, we can wonder whose law Senator Obama supports. The Obama Nation leaves the reader with the clear impression that due to Obama's lack of identity, he has used the racial rage of certain black leaders to place an identity on himself.

We learn that Senator Obama was abandoned by his Kenyan black father and his white American mother. He was given a home by his white American grandparents, and sent to the best schools. Obama lets his readers know of his feeling that his white grandmother, the only moneymaker in the family, who paid for his education, was racially prejudiced. He lets the reader know that he was embarrassed by his mother's attitude. She kept telling him that he was as good as whites. He lets us know that he felt his blackness and identified with blacks.

Senator Obama is a victim of circumstances. During his adolescent years, Obama read books written by blacks who had different backgrounds than his. Obama is not the descendant of slaves. He never lived in the ghetto. He received the best of educations. Yet he chose to identify with those African-Americans with the typical rage over treatment of blacks, perhaps for a different reason. Obama sees himself as a great leader.

It is important that we know that no matter what white people do for blacks, there is still that inner feeling in a great many blacks that they are looked upon as inferiors, together with the feeling of a great many whites that they are guilty as charged. It is natural that Obama, "the great leader," would identify with blacks, and that he would invent himself to appeal to those who would most likely support his desire to be the President of the United States.

To those feeling people in support of Obama, it is important that they know Obama claims dual citizenship with Kenya, and that he is heavily involved in Kenyan politics, and that he is in support of Odenga, who lost the recent presidential election, who has challenged the vote. Odenga's challenge caused a riot in Kenya that killed a thousand people and displaced 350,000 citizens. That's the way it is in developing nations. In America, Al Gore challenged the vote. America has a system of justice that settled the issue.

Odenga demands dual leadership in Kenya. Odenga is a well-known communist. Although he claims he is Anglican Christian, he admits to signing an agreement with Islamic leaders in Kenya. If prime minister, as he is pushing to be, he would declare Islam the only true religion in Kenya. If elected, we can expect a President Obama to support leftists and Islamic extremists.

I learn that Jerome R. Corse, author of The Obama Nation, has a variety of red flags on his writings, such as plagiarizing, anti-semitic, anti-Catholic, anti-Islamic, and racially inflammatory. The supporters of Obama are doing their dead level best to destroy their opposition. They keep the scary truth buried about Obama while they viscously and unfairly attack Governor Palin.

The higher law has been overshadowed by ambitious men's law before. Senator Obama, who has invented his identity, lusts to pull America's social fabric up by its roots, and to make his mark on history. This egomaniac has a large following of like minded who feel that in one way or another they, too, have been made victims by the corrupt establishment.

Since the higher law is no longer in effect in America, loose cannons like Obama threaten our peace, and no matter who is elected, much American blood will likely be shed in civil rioting in the coming years. The winner is now unknown, but the America we know and love could go down the tube. It would not be the first time a society went down from ignorance of the higher law.

The Higher Law

Diversity is in the nature of human beings. One can be proud that he or she is different. From the story of my life, we know that my philosophy is based on the Higher Law, the background of the U. S. Constitution, and that I follow the beliefs of the ancients that connect with the latest scientific discoveries.  I have the right and responsibility to be different.

From the story of Barrack Obama's life, engineered by himself,  his psychological study of himself doesn't connect with the sequence of events in his life, we learn that his beliefs came from being abandoned by his irresponsible Kenyan father and his unconventional American mother. In the story of Obama's life, one reads that he was into drugs and alcohol in his adolescent years, blaming his lack of identity on others. We know that Obama was sensitive to his blackness. We know from Obama that he read black revolutionary books. We know that Obama's political career began with the help of black revolutionaries, with whom he is now disassociated and rejects. We know that Obama claims dual citizenship as a Kenyan and American, a first for someone running for president of the United States. We know that Obama supports the Kenyan leader Odenga who forced his way into control as the prime minister of Kenya, thanks to Obama's help. We know that Obama is of the same tribe as Odenga; in other words, part of Odenga's greater family. We know that Obama, in his support of Odenga, is in support of radical Islam. We know that he is in tune with other leftist extremists.

Obama is pushing for change, and using the Bush presidency to identify his opposition. Obama, an African-American tribesman, wants to change America. John McCain is unequivocally American in values and principles. He is for smaller government, lower taxes, a free market economy, for the rights and responsibilities of the individual. As a tribesman, Obama sees America as family sharing. He wants to tax the rich and give to the poor. He wants to destroy America's tradition and rebuild in his own image.

In the story of my life, you read that I'm a non-conformist, a misfit. I believe that I was created with the ability to cope. That's an American value. I look within myself for my answers, and ask the same for others. There is no reason for racism. It is based on a lacking of belief in self. Obama is a pied piper.

In the new age, the beliefs authority has imposed on the individual over the ages will be replaced with new spiritual faith in self. All an American asks for is equal opportunity and the right to do his own thing. At the present, America's triumph mingles with frustration and uncertainty. In my own experience, I find that it is in such a time as this that I have impetuously made the wrong decision. You can read this in the story of my life.

By and through the idea that the Constitution must be interpreted in light of today's needs; that is to say, in the minds of those who make and keep the law, America has turned corrupt. There is no inherent conflict between democracy and the U. S. Constitution. The latter merely states that the former will be carried out in safe, predictable methods. We've moved into no-man's land, and now comes Obama.

The evidence is clear in the story of my life that after cutting out of the herd, going strictly on my own, when everything should have gone wrong everything went right. It dovetails with America. Much has gone wrong in America, but the principle of placing the law on a higher plain than the ambitions of men has seen America grow strong and prosperous. More lately, it has reverted back to the desires of man. The nation has become divided and weakened, and now contemplating placing an African-American tribesman in charge.

Like other peoples, Americans express their sacred beliefs with a constitution, in Africa, in tribal customs. Are we Americans to become tribal, Washington an a assemblage of chiefs? Are we to lay aside all the efforts over the ages to write a Constitution that gives the individual inalienable rights?

This election is crucial. It is not probable that the same road we Americans have trod will take place anytime in the foreseeable future. Do you want to travel a different road? Vote for Obama.

The Higher Law

We've a perfect example of letting future taxpayer pay in the bailout of America's irresponsible money managers, to the tune of $500 billion. Did the politicians, Democrats and Republicans, know or did they not know what they were doing? It is an identical repeat of what took place 24 years ago.

In the story of my life, I told about it's effect on me. A change in tax law, ostensibly, in order to make if more fair for the not so rich, caused the value of commercial real estate to drop in value 20 percent. Investors go on the profitability of the investment. High rollers are able to borrow almost, if not all of their investments. Their personal risk is zero. They are incorporated. With their profits on their commercial properties affected by the change in tax law, they let the lender have their properties. The lenders were government insured. They let the government have the properties. The government sold them back to the high rollers at half price. The taxpayers picked up a $500 billion tab. Thanks to America's politicians, the taxpayers paid the richest people in America $500 billion.  Ameica's politicians are liars.

Due to an act of government, my 10 unit apartment building went down 20 percent in value, the amount I'd invested in it a year before. It was my life savings. I repeat. Did the politicians, Democrats and Republicans, know or did they not know what they did? Who do they represent?

The last bailout of the nation's irresponsible, greedy fat cats, at taxpayer expense, leaves the presidential candidate McCain down in the polls. McCain wants less government. The presidential candidate Obama, who wants more government, is up in the polls. Obviously, the voters, educated to think that Republicans are for the rich and greedy, Democrats are for the poor and needy, are looking more to Obama to do something.  Good luck!

In the earlier bailout of the rich and greedy, Democrat Jim Wright took the blame. The biggest players in the latest fraud against the taxpayers were Democrat Barny Franks and Democrat Christopher Dodd. Obama was in there, as well. So was President Bush. None of the biggest players in the fraud want less government, but McCain faces the misconception that he is ninety percent Bush.

McCain has his work cut out for him. The balance of the campaign will be about the economy and the redistribution of the wealth of the nation. Currently, the rich are getting richer and the poor poorer, while politicians play a shell game with the voters.

We see the world the way we want to see it. A majority of the American people, it seems to me, depend far too much on government. It's the result of the Great Depression, which ended 66 years ago. No matter how self-serving the rich and government powers that be get, people have come to depend on these frauds. The topic of the Higher Law is a slap in the face. People don't want the truth. They hate being reminded that some things don't change.

The tycoon J. P. Morgan said if he could influence ten people to think like he thought, he could control the world. If I could influence ten people to think like I think, and they in turn influenced ten people, in time everyone would think like I think. We'd have permanent peace.  It keeps coming back to me: "Let us make man in our image" (Gen. 1:26). My accessibility, the fact that modern technology has made it possible for me to know vastly more than those who came before me, and the fact that I have the means to spread my thoughts, tells me our world is connecting, which idea connects with the eternal universe, from the smallest excitation of matter to the largest.

Thanks to the American taxpayer, I could not ask for more. I no longer pay tax. Put the two together and I live a good life while others struggle to exist. If you think this is going to continue, you are dreaming. This is a pyramid game the politicians have put together. They benefit. The future pays. The idea of the future paying is the road to tyranny. Those politicians who want to help you out today are tomorrow's dictators.

Think of yourself depending on the vote for your plush job. If you can convince the voters that you are doing something for them, at the same time playing up to the rich who you depend on to finance your election, you've got it made for life. You don't think they know what they are doing? Their tax code would not fit into a large boxcar. The IRS can do no wrong. The little guy doesn't have a chance. He simply must depend on government.

Why do we need an income tax? Why not abolish the IRS? Why not replace the income tax with a tax on spending and exempt from tax the essentials of a standard American life? Think of the number of people who depend on the present system. Millions would be looking for work. Think about the South before the Civil War. Their economy would fall apart were it not for black slaves. Any change means people are going to be replaced. But think about the cost of the present system. America's future is up for grabs.

None of this is by coincidence. I can trace it back to 1973, when I had my first thoughts about more than me and mine. In 1975, I broke ranks and from then on marched to the beat of a different drummer. The authorities made it very hard for me. Everyone who knew me thought I'd lost my mind. I had the Higher Law on my side. I beat the all-powerful IRS. I discovered the real me and found the right mate for life. The Higher Law has given me everything in life anyone could ask. I say look within for your answers.

The Making of New Age Man, Chapter XIV

Change

The Democrat, Barrack Oboma's theme is change. "Change in the White House," Obama told his Harvard classmates, "where Reagan and his minions were carrying on their dirty deeds. Change in Congress, compliant and corrupt. Change in the country, manic and self-absorbed," what are the changes Obama wants? Grow government; tax the rich; give to the poor. Obama says he is a Roosevelt Democrat. Democrats have been pushing the change Obama wants ever since Roosevelt gave the nation his "New Deal." Under Roosevelt's New Deal law, the government has grown to several times the size it was. The rich have been taxed considerably more. The poor have received considerably more. Yet the greedy continue to get richer and the poor poorer. Senator Obama offers no cure. He addresses the symptoms of a disease: codependence between government and people. The codependency of government representative with the individual begins with the representative, who is emotionally unavailable but in need of the individual's support. He or she tries to provide something to the individual for the purpose of controlling the relationship, without addressing the real needs of the individual. The individual, looking to the provider for his or her needs, demands attention. Neither representative nor individual being fulfilled in their needs, the relationship is dysfunctional.

Violent crime is considerably higher. Our prisons are overflowing. Education is on the decline. The divorce rate is considerably higher. Drug use is considerably up. Only eight percent of the American people approve of their government, all since the advent of New Deal law. In every sense, the United States is a Machiavellian fraud. After 65 years of Roosevelt solutions, America is hardly the shining city on a hill President Reagan said it was, not even if we compare America with other nations. America is fourteenth in the quality of life.  America has become a dysfunctional society. How dare Obama say he wants change! It isn't "they" ought to do something. We ought to do something. That's the problem we are now going to address. From the unjust step-and-fetch-it society whites imposed on blacks to a socialist dictatorship that strips black, brown, white, yellow, and red individuals of all rights. That's where the leftist society Obama represents is taking America.

In the true sense of the term, Obama is not an African-American. Rather, he is a black individual with a white mother who had a problem identifying himself, so he picked African-American from his study of militant African-American leaders who hate white people and want to change America to a black socialist dictatorship. Incidentally, Obama is both a citizen of Kenya, a socialist society, and the U.S., and is active in Kenyan politics.

Senator Obama knows very well that the ideologue he picked with which to identify would not get him elected President. One by one, with the help of the leftist press, community organizer Obama has severed his ties with the South side Chicago radicals he used to parlay himself into the political arena. At best, Senator Obama is no more trustworthy than the most glib-tongued politicians in Washington.

Senator McCain proved his trustworthiness to me by appointing Governor Palin as his running mate. She is authentic, a breath of fresh air. She has a record for eliminating wasteful spending and has removed officials who were not doing their jobs. The proof of her outstanding ability is in the leftist American press' considerable effort to smear Governor Palin.

The symbol for the Age of Pisces, which we are now leaving, an age of authoritarianism, the symbol of which is two fish swimming in opposite directions, is coincidental with the four year period when Saturn and Pluto are in unfavorable aspect, starting in November 2008. It means a great disruption is to occur for the next four years. We've the choice of Obama or McCain to lead America.

I've just celebrated my eighty third birthday. I'm well into my "golden years," and being spared to do the thing I was put here to do: deliver my message on the making of new age man. By the way, The Making of New Age Man, the story of my life, is not copyrighted and may be copied in part or whole with my blessings. In the story of my life, I've given the reader the chronology of the events. In the story of his life, Senator Obama has provided the reader with a psychological study, without the chronology of events for the obvious reason that a chronology would hurt his political ambition. Senator Obama tells you what he wants you to know.

America, taken from Amerigo Vespucci, an Italian explorer of the New World, to become a land of opportunity for the oppressed, the United States, born Aquarian, Abraham Lincoln, the emancipator of America's slaves, an Aquarian, I'm Aquarian, the symbol of which is the water bearer. We are entering the Age of Aquarius. Aquarius, the eleventh house in the horoscope, the house of creative expressions, it is written that Aquarius desires to merge the efforts and resources of the individual with those of the larger society in order to create a new age for the benefit of everyone.

Currently, we're going through our growing pains. The Obama cult is part of it. In the new age, the walls of ego come tumbling down and the individual communes with the totality of humankind. The followers of Obama's kind are going to be left in a cloud of dust. It is my karmic mission to spread the good news of our destiny. The individual is inevitably going to be placed in the driver's seat.

Eddie Rickenbacker, one of my American heros, answered a letter I wrote him at least thirty-five years ago on my thoughts about American freedoms, I think, when he was president of Eastern Airlines. I've lost his letter. I can't tell you what he wrote, but I now find on Gaia quotes one from Eddie Rickenbacker. Like my humbling experience during a storm at sea you read about in the story of my life, the Rickenbacker quote on his humbling experience at sea reminds me that no one who has not survived such an experience at sea knows what it does for one's inner faith in self.

". . we saw nothing in the way of searching planes or ships. . . . the second day out we organized little evening and morning prayer meetings. . . . Frankly and humbly we prayed for our deliverance. After the oranges were gone, we experienced terrific pangs of hunger, and we prayed for food. We had a couple of little fish lines with hooks about the size of the end of my little finger, but no bait. Were it not for the fact that I have seven witnesses, I wouldn't dare tell this story because it seems so fantastic. Within an hour after prayer meeting on the eighth day, a sea gull came out of nowhere and landed on my head. I reached up my hand very gently and got him. We wrung his head, feathered him, carved up his carcass and ate every bit, even the little bones. We distributed and used his innards for bait. Captain Cherry caught a little mackerel about six or eight inches long and I caught a little speckled sea bass about the same size, so we had food for a couple of days. . . . That night we ran into our first rainstorm. Usually you try to avoid a black squall, but in this case we made it our business to get into it and catch water for drinking. . . . Later we were able to catch more water and build up our supply. . . ."

Nothing can replace experience, especially an humbling experience, the kind both Senator McCain and I have been through. From the cocky aviator son of an Admiral, McCain was resurrected in a North Viet Nam prison cell.

A social elitist, a Harvard man, Senator Obama admits that he has not had the humbling experience that McCain had. Omaba believes that ethics is doing what is good for the most. In other words, he's willing to let some fall through the cracks. I wouldn't. Senator McCain wouldn't. We would do our dead level best to give everyone faith in their ability to cope with whatever life brings them.

While it is a legitimate function of government to grant the individual government aid when his home is destroyed by a natural disaster, or because of an economic bust he is jobless, it is not the duty of government to establish a permanent help-the-individual program. It is outrageously audacious for government to put in place a system that decides who needs what, as though we were mechanical.

Roosevelt and the Democrats forced their views on the Supreme Court to change the Constitution to their notion that "property is only a means. It has been a frequent error of our Court that they have made the means an end." Justice Braneis' view, a Roosevelt appointee to the Supreme Court. Roosevelt, in whom Obama tells us he fashions his own thoughts, is also a product of the Northeast's intelligentsia, with the misbegotten notion that government has a permanent duty to the individual. With Roosevelt, it was during a time when a third of America's workforce was jobless. Obama supports a permanent help-the-individual program. Roosevelt's New Deal has turned into the same old deal, government out of control, the very thing the U. S. Constitution was careful to prevent.

It is liberal B.S. that Obama talks. Obama is not going to raise the tax on incomes of 95 percent of Americans. Only on the rich is he going to raise the tax. My property and your property is not the government's to do with what it will. The U. S. Constitution forbids it. America's current government, a lawless renegade that has established a codependency with the people, is a product of intellectuals with no common sense, no experience, with nothing for guidance but the belief that they can dream up the way we should all live and force all the pieces to fit. Senator Obama, a boy with a problem of identification, is trying to convince the American people he can do a man's job.

Senator Obama has picked a man with long experience in America's failed system for his vice president. Senator McCain picked for his vice president a woman with short but highly successful experience in putting Alaska's government back on track. It's driving the far left media bananas.

When one reads the story of my life, one is sure to know who I support. When one reads the true story of Senator Obama's life, one knows who to support. Only eight percent of us approve of the government in place.

What is the change Senator Oboma wants? He says he wants to be the head of the greater American family, taking from the rich and giving to the poor in his idea of what is fair-everything America's codependency stands for. He wants to get people together, listen to what they want, and then give them what will make the most happy, ignoring the inalienable rights of the minority.

When you read the story of my life, you know that I departed everything America's codependency stands for. I went strictly on my own and found the true me, found the right mate, and vastly improved my life. I don't see that happening to those who are wild about Senator Obama. From America's leftist press, I'm given the idea that Obama's supporters are scared half to death that the mean old Republican, John McCain, is going to turn over their apple cart. I'm given the idea that the product of America's unique codependency has little or no faith in itself. I observe that it is those who have little or nothing who support Senator Obama, which says on the face of it it's a hard way to go.

In no way is Senator McCain like the "compassionate" George Bush, who wants everyone to have a nice home whether they can afford it or not. He wants $700 billion now to bail out his greedy rich friends who took us. Guts is not what I hear from Senator Obama, His ideas began with the Great Depression. He wants to take from those with the guts to get ahead and give to those who don't, the legacy of Roosevelt.

The newest rage of America, frontier woman Sara Palin, everything that I admire in a person, and everything America's left loathes, the change I want for the American people takes the guts frontier people possess. Guts is what I hear from the people who know Governor Palin and Senator McCain. It's the only way out, folks. You know there is a tomorrow. Think about your children and take your choice.

The proposed bailout of lenders, borrowers, and insurers is not due to natural causes. It is due to borrowers borrowing more than they could afford, lenders loaning more than common sense says they should, Wall Street, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac packaging and selling shaky loans to investors. It is everyone involved in this scam betting on higher prices on homes. Naturally, there came a day of reckoning, but after opportunists had made their killing on the gullible American people.

Suppose you were told that it was going to cost $10,000 to repair the damage termites did to your home. Would you repair the damage and not exterminate the termites? No amount of government regulation can cure this dilemma. The problem is seeing no evil, hearing no evil, speaking no evil. Washington is feathering its nest at the American people's expense. To put it all in perspective, think of the planet Earth as a drop in a vast ocean, your government an atom, and you a subatomic particle. It's no big deal to rid your home of termites. It's no big deal to rid yourself of a corrupt government. It's in the Constitution that you can vote your government out.

Naturally, Democrats say the greedy rich should pay; borrowers should get a break. Pray tell me why? President Bush said he was happy to see people getting a home; it was good for the economy. Now President Bush says the taxpayers should pay the proposed $700 billion bailout. Right, George!

This bummer is typical wheel of fortune politics. (The Quantum Tarrot-A Tarrot of the New Physics. There is a sense that everything is still up in the air and the outcome is far from certain.) I'm living a charmed life. So why should I complain? I hit a lucky number. I'm in a new home. I have no financial worries. The taxpayers are making my mortgage payments. I'm a disabled veteran. I deserve the help. But what about you?

My government robbed me blind when I was not disabled. Those glib tongued politicians tell you that it is pay as you go. They cry crocodile tears for your financial difficulties, while termites continue eating the structural members of your home. You know full well that you can't continue to pay for the damage. This political tap dance around your rights, rather than making for a good economy, makes for bankruptcy, morally, fiscally, spiritually.

Were President Andrew Jackson running for president, we know what his answer would be. He trusted bankers about as far as he could throw the Capitol building. There would be no more money manager shell games under his watchful eye. If you knew the history of America's Great Depression, you would know that it was not the stock market crash of 1929 that caused it. The Federal Reserve directors tightened the supply of money when it should have been loosened. The FED caused bank runs. The politicians sat on their posteriors and watched it happen. That's what caused the Great Depression. When Roosevelt took office, the first thing he did was to declare a bank holiday and took America off the gold standard. He made it illegal to own gold. It all had to be turned in and replaced with worthless Federal Reserve Notes. Nobody can tell you what happened to all that gold.

The gamesmanship continues. Taxpayers are being told that they've got to dig deep in their pockets to avoid a depression. In many ways, this election is crucial. We, the people, are not being given a valid reason for the $700 billion bailout of public and private predators. We should demand a legitimate answer from the candidates.

Why should those involved, borrowers and lenders, not face the consequences of their irresponsible acts? The reason is that we are not held individually accountable anymore. This applies more to candidate Obama. Who is responsible for making society pay the price for individual irresponsibility? Clearly, it is America's makers and keepers of the law. Who is benefitted by making everyone depend on the makers and keepers of the law? It is the fox watching over the henhouse. Once again, the taxpayer has been manipulated into a corner. We should not allow government to get away with this scam against the taxpayer.

Once again, we're back to the story of my life. People are sorry for my misfortune-the IRS's lawless confiscation on my property. Now that I'm retirement age, I'm being paid back As long as it isn't me getting ripped off, no problem, but this is your government. If you want it to serve you, you have to put out personal effort.

Change

Day by day, the story of my life continues to reveal more about our lives in general. I could not have written this story were it not for my friends at Gaia. You've given me a purpose. These thoughts come to mind this morning.

For the same reasons that others choose Barrack Obama to lead America, I choose John McCain. We all want peace and prosperity. Both candidates are Christians, which puts them at odds with others. Christians, Jews, and Muslims have been at war for thousands of years. Obama calls for bigger government and more tax; McCain calls for smaller government and less tax. That also puts us at odds. Race is an issue. Women's rights are at issue. Neither candidate is everything any of us wants. Neither is going to bring about what we all want: peace and prosperity. What's the answer?

The only way to what we all want doesn't have a chance. If we want to know how something works, we examine the parts. We're examining the finished product and tinkering with it. It continues to run worse and worse.  We don't have good sense to junk a contraption that long ago outlived its usefulness.

The only way we have a chance for peace and prosperity is to not be distracted from that goal. We need to admit to the fact that while we control bits and pieces, which we use in a futile effort to control man, we don't control the universe. It's in defiance of the Higher Law, the belief that our human existence is due to our reason and logic; we don't let the law of the jungle control us if we choose peace and prosperity. If we accept this idea, then there is no such thing as the supernatural. It's all natural law. The supernatural, in a word, "we don't have the foggiest idea," Christianity, Judaism, and Islam are left out of the equation of peace and prosperity. The supernatural brings into play the thought that we are each self-determined and personally responsible for our lives.

Although we are not consciously aware of it, our reality begins with subatomic particles. We don't know this world. It doesn't behave like our world. Subatomic particles know the world of atoms. Atoms know the world of molecules. Molecules know the world of living cells. We don't know any of those worlds. We don't think about our heart beating and breathing. We think by and through our state of consciousness.

Thus, if we consider that our reality begins with subatomic particles, tiny packets of energy derived from light waves, with the knowledge that everything begins with light, which has zero substance, this being the closest thing to consciousness we can imagine, and that by observing light waves they become particles called photons, an aspect of matter, but not yet matter, then the subatomic world is another dimension; it doesn't have space and time yet. It is a possibility dimension. Although we are not consciously aware of it, we are turning possibility into reality. Anything is possible.

Due to the exploration and control of external nature, we've sidetracked our exploration and control of our own nature. We limit the possible by filtering out what we choose not to believe, which precludes peace and prosperity. Our options are running out. It is essential that we get up to speed, fast!

The basis of my thinking comes, primarily, from two books, The "Higher Law" Background of American Constitutional Law by Edward S. Corwin and The Physics of Consciousness by Evan Harris Walker.

Law professor Corwin traces modern law from its founder, the Roman judge Cicero, who asserted, "We are born for justice, and right is not the mere arbitrary construction of opinion, but an institution of nature," to the fifteenth century and Chapter 29 of Magna Charta, "No free man shall be taken or imprisoned or deprived of his freehold or of his liberties or free customs, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any manner destroyed, nor shall we go upon him, nor shall we send upon him, except by legal judgement of his peers or by the law of the land." The law of the land was known as the common law, the law involving common folks. The law replaced the king. The Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution paraphrases Chapter 29 of Magna Charta in these words: "nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law."

In the story of my life, I asked to be heard in a meaningful way in a meaningful place on the deprivation of my right to life, liberty, and property. The IRS called me a "Fifth Amendment freak" and lawlessly took my property. In all, I was before the U.S. Tax Court, three U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court, not one of whom would hear my case. I took my court record to The Palm Beach Post. Curious about it, a reporter found that for eleven years the IRS had lawlessly confiscated my property.

Consider that the system in America no longer honors "nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law," and that a taxpayer does not have the right to challenge how his government spends his money, nor how much of his money the government can take.

With this in mind, that he law is not king in America, the latest news is that in order to save the economy from going to the dogs, every household in America is going to have to fork over $10,000 to the government. Both candidates for the presidency are for it. This lawless outrage is because Congress and the President looked the other way while lenders, borrowers, and packagers of shaky loans brought about a trillion dollar loss. And this is the second such incident in the last 24 years.

Our exploration of the universe has seen it grow in the past 500 years from the planet Earth at its center, to no more than a tiny speck in a universe of billions of galaxies containing hundreds of billions of suns. The planet Earth is located in precisely the right distance from our sun to support life as we know it. We're likely here on a billions to one shot, and playing fast and loose with our continued existence.

Evan Harris Walker, M.D., has woven a special fabric of reality that begins with the microcosmic. "Matter, objects-a physical domain exists that is governed by immutable laws. But these laws leave open a range of happenings that are left to the selection of the mind." To all of those who profess to be Christians, Jews, or Muslims, who believe we have a soul, by definition, an immaterial essence, animating principle, or actuating cause of the individual life, placing our soul in perspective with what we've self-determined ourselves to be, we stand in self-denial that we are made in the image of our Creator, says Dr. Walker, "with the power of our combined will lies the power to do essentially anything . . . A universe that has only matter cannot have consciousness and cannot have will."

Say I, we don't have the consciousness of where we are headed, therefore, not the will to change directions. I'm adamantly against the bailout of greedy frauds. It's "a bridge to nowhere." Regardless of what's done, America's ship of state will likely end on the rocks and take the rest of the world down with us. The change is inevitable. The presence of UFOs is increasing.  It could be that those extraterrestrials are waiting for the foreclosure of the shell that was once America, to bring us forward to the intermingling of communities of the galaxy.

Change

When I listen to the authorities, I ask myself who is the most benefitted by the advice they give me. In the bailout of Wall Street, lenders, and home buyers, at taxpayer expense, the advice is a great assist to self-interest. Not one penny of the money that comes in after the bailout is going back to the taxpayers. This is the same con job that saving Social Security was. The federal government conned we Americans into paying our hard earned sweat to save Social Security so Congress could give the savings for our old age to special interests.

An enormous change of thinking has taken place in America over the years. Today's situation would not be believed a hundred years ago. In early America, one had the opportunity to get ahead or to fail. In either case, it was none of government's business. The policy was known as laissez-faire.

I like this thought of Henry Ford: "Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you're right!" It lends itself to the self-fulfilling prophecy theory. Yes, we are entitled, but not to what government gives us. Every individual is entitled to his own values. When the mind is unknown, and its meaning unknown, man's entitlement to hold his own values unknown, fear takes possession, an external force than knows not reason or logic. Authority becomes a phony messiah. Even as I write, the authorities are desperately trying to save us from financial ruin due to their own incompetence.

It's another government con job. We pay, government gains more control over us. I make my case on recent history. With America's economy moving up fast after World War I, the big news in the year I was born, 1925, was public inspection of everyone's federal income tax records. It compares with the Great Bubonic Plague in London in 1665. Nothing that bad occurred in all the interim years.  Believe that there is a reason for my being born, Aquarius, the water-bearer to humanity. You read herein that the events in my life  led me to this undertaking.

You can read in U. S. history that Congress had been toying with the idea of taxing gain on investments. The Supreme Court shot the notion down. In 1916, Congress put forth the idea of taxing income from whatever source derived and got an O.K. from the Supreme Court, but mind you, with the reservation that if "under the seeming exercise of the taxing power, the taxing statute is so arbitrary as to compel the conclusion that it was not the exertion of taxation, but the confiscation of property, or is so wanting in basis for classification as to produce such a gross and patent inequity as inevitably to lead to the same conclusion" (Brushaber v. Union Pacific R.R.), then the tax would be illegal. It is very important that you know the history behind the current begging and pleading that the American taxpayer bail out the powers that be.

It is extremely important that you know this. In 1946, the U.S. Court of Appeals heard a case on the claim that the income tax was illegal confiscation. The court held that income tax, although high, had not reached the point of take.

It is important that you know that in 1955, on an annual income of $13,500, I lived in a four bedroom centrally air conditioned brick home with a two car garage, with two late model cars in it. My house payments on a $20,000 30 year loan (95 percent of the cost of the home) were $96.05 per month, which included property tax, interest, and insurance. I was the sole breadwinner. In order to live like I lived in the 1950s today, considering federal income tax, and Social Security and Medicare tax, I would need an annual income in excess of $100,000. My home payments, about an eleventh of my monthly income, would be about a third of  the monthy income of an in excess of a $100,000 annual income. In the 1950s, the American people were as close to the American dream as we've ever been before or since. So what happened?  In order that you vote right, it's important that  you know.

Federal authorities argue that the income tax has not changed so much that the case of illegal confiscation should be heard again. Their figures are based on family income. In most families with children there is more than one income earner. While figures don't lie, liars figure. In any case, a single entry level worker, after paying withholding tax, does not earn enough to buy the basic necessities of life.  When the working poor need a leg up, federal income tax makes them government dependents.  The makers and keepers of the law look the other way. The more they can take from the American people and redistribute, the more workers become on government.

Although Congress has provided a procedure in which an aggrieved taxpayer may challenge the legality of federal tax on his income, try to get the case heard. The taxpayer may decline to pay and have a determination made in the U. S. Tax Court. But the Tax Court does not have jurisdiction over constitutional issues. One can complain to the U. S. District Court that his constitutional rights are being violated. The law states that no suit for the purpose of restraining the assessment or collection of the income tax shall be maintained, except "where (a) the tax assessment is an illegal exaction in the guise of a tax and (b) there are present special and extraordinary circumstances sufficient to bring the case within some acknowledged head of equity jurisprudence." (U.S. code section 7421.) Exactly! It's just as I brought to your attention in Brushaber.

It is important that you know we taxpayers have the law to protect us from a grasping government. In my case, the IRS, for eleven years, in violation of the U.S. Code, lawlessly confiscated my property, to teach me a lesson. You don't question the IRS. The IRS put me, an entry level worker, on the street.  I was before three U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court to no avail. The federal judiciary permits the IRS to make limitless mistakes.

Those politicians who now beg for taxpayer help are the very ones who allow the IRS to make unlimited mistakes. With the above facts in mind-it's all recorded-a long period of prosperity in America ended with a huge stock market adjustment in 1929. People had been buying stock on the margin, paying ten percent down and letting the rise in the stock market pay the balance. It was no different than buying a home with nothing down and letting the increase in the market make the down payment. With the cost of a home artificially jacked up for the sole purpose of making loans to unqualified buyers, of course with profit the motive, what did this fraud do to help the nation own homes? The greed of lenders and the nature of government to look the other way left us in a crises. And now the culprits who engineered the current situation are pleading with the taxpayers to bail us out. The question here is one of fundamental rights.

The Great Depression came about because nothing was done to stop it from happening. It was not a pretty picture. America's economic bust became worldwide depression. Germany's depression gave rise to Hitler, his invasion of Poland, and World War II. World War II ended the Great Depression, but not America's nattering nabobs, the Northeast's intelligentsia, who were adamantly opposed to any semblance of America's laissez-faire policy. They had the support of America's Marxists. Incidentally, Marxists are being heard in America's courts on their rights; taxpayers are not.

America's leftist intelligentsia favored the philosophy of John Maynard Keyes, who believed that government should control spending and should redistribute income. The majority of the voters bought it. This American history brings us to the eve of the presidential election of 2008.  If the American people really wanted change, we would not currently be on the horns of a dilemma. If the politicians really wanted change, they would not be currently pleading with the taxpayers for a bailout.

In conclusion, you can listen to your own good sense or the pleadings of those responsible for the crises. But by underrating the achievements of the past, you are devaluing those which still remain to be accomplished. Imagination plus innovation equals realization. There has to be, and will be a day of reckoning. The longer we put it off the worse it gets. Facing reality is the only way you can ever hope for peace and prosperity.

Aquarius

When the moon is in the Seventh House,

And Jupiter aligns with Mars,

Then peace will guide the planets,

And love will guide the stars.

This is the dawning of Aquarius,

The Age of Aquarius,

Aquarius!

Aquarius!

Harmony and understanding,

Sympathy and trust abounding,

No more falsehoods or derisions,

Golden living dreams of visions,

Mystic crystal revelation,

And the mind's true liberation.

Aquarius!

Aquarius!

The lyrics of the Age of Aquarius

I'm dividing the story of my life into three parts, Part I, the sequence of events in my life,  Chapter I through Chapter V, Part II,  my abstract life, Chapter VI through Chapter XIV, Part III, what the stars say, starting with Chapter XV.

We're now entering phase 2 of the new age, with the Gaia Community ahead of the hounds, a place for networking our thoughts for world change. The more we know about how it all comes together, and the closer we get to Aquarius, the symbol of which is the water-bearer to humanity, once we know this fact of life, we simply cannot ignore the meaning of our existence. I come before you as a messenger.

In Chapter 18, "A God for Tomorrow," in Evan Harris Walker's The Physics of Consciousness, he begins with-I am he who exists from the Undivided-the Gospel of Thomas. Exactly!  "It has only been with the advent of quantum theory that we have discovered proof that we exist as something more than pieces of matter . . . We have found ways to take the measure of consciousness to study its contact with the functions of the brain, and to discover how the mind, through the agency of the will, effects matter and transcends the limits of space and time," states Walker.

Asserts Walker, "Matter, objects-a physical domain, exists that is governed by immutable laws. But these laws leave open a range of happenings that are left to the selection of the mind."

"It is because it is," Bill Clinton's words, "I am that I am," Moses' words, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God," John 1:1, "Let us make man in our image," Genesis 1:26, the deity of Jesus Christ, and  for that matter, all the rest of us, as distinct from implied, "the principle that governs and develops the universe," under the word logos in my dictionary---there really is no matter, no space but that our minds form it!

Very little comes from a mouse's observation. The more we observe, the more our purpose in the scheme of the universe, my theory in the making of New Age man.

The aim isn't to degrade mind to matter, but to upgrade the properties of matter to account for mind, and to tell how from the dust and water of the earth, natural forces conjured a mental system capable of asking why it exists. Nigel Calder.

Until men of science began delving into the microcosmic, the why of our existence was of no concern. I asked a genetics expert from whence the code comes. His reply: "We don't get into that." A fly's genetic structure is not a lot different from humans. Genetics experts are studying flies to learn how our genetics work

In new age man's religion, we're here by intelligent design.  New age religion is barred by law from public schools. The old-time religion and the law of the land are in their last days. We're moving on. I learned from my Christian religion that I was born in sin. When a teenager, I learned from my religion that if I even thought about having sex, it was a mortal sin; I should replace my lust for sex with God. Give me a break! Should I not have wondered why I was created with a sex drive, or why I was created with reason and logic?

Religion and classical science leave out who we really are.  We are stigmatized, dumbed down! What is gravity? What is electromagnetism? Where is our mind? Don't ask. Religion has a convenient term to explain it all away-the supernatural. Classical science can't be bothered. It is pathetic how we knuckle under. I thank God for quantum physicists who ask why and bring me answers.

Speaking of peace guiding the planets and love guiding the stars, from The Age of Aquarius,  "Whether to understand the interconnections of will, to understand the most basic facts in quantum theory, or to discover the beginnings of the Big Bang universe, each path leads to the fact that there must exist a supreme Consciousness out of which everything else springs," states Walker, why are we not being taught this?  Love is the bottom line of my inner life, the bottom line of quantum reality, "Reality is the fruit of love's embrace,"  reasons Walker.

Science has done a fantastic job of explaining the structure of the macrocosmic but when it comes to the world of the mind, convention keeps science in a state of meatheadedness.  There is only so much we are supposed to know but every  generation proves that theory wrong.

Walker has added consciousness to the mix, the beginning of everything that is. Think of the implications-that nobody is confined to what authority claims to be the objective truth, that each of us has a subjective truth of who we are and what we are about, if we would but allow it.  The change that is coming will blow your mind.

We hunger for the god we can all know. New Age man is going to allow his mind to reach out, to climb every mountain, ford every stream, until you find your dream, knowing deep down that authority  cannot deny that we have an interior world. The pressure is building. There is going to be an abrupt turning to the inner self, and the mind's true liberation, Aquarius! Aquarius!

To be continued

Prisoner_1_
Aquarius

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, my case is based on circumstantial evidence-testimony not based on actual personal knowledge or observation of the facts in controversy, but on other facts from which deductions are drawn, showing indirectly the facts sought to proved. (I copied this from Black's Law Dictionary.)

Physicist Werner Heisenberg published his uncertainty principle in September, 1925, coincidentally, in the month and year I was born. Heisenberg's uncertainty principle marked the launching of quantum mechanics. In 1925, it was made legal for the federal government to inspect our income records for tax purposes. These two events would have impact on my life. It is written in the stars, wrote astrologers Frances Sakoian and Louis S. Acker in Astrologer's Handbook, that I would come with a peculiar karmic mission.

I was born with the sun sign Virgo. The rising sign is found by calculating when the sun rose on me. Since the sun is moving across the earth's surface at approximately 900 m.p.h. means to get the rising sign the time of birth must be exact. The fact that I was born in Houston, Texas at 4:21 P.M. C.S.T. means that my rising sign is Aquarius. My astrological chart and my life match. It's all there. My life is an open record. Look me up.

Mine is a story of a charmed life. Heisenberg was Hitler's atomic bomb builder. The Allies found the plant and bombed it. And a very good thing. Hitler had a rocket capable of carrying an atomic bomb to New York City. In September 1945, I was on the high aboard a Liberty Ship heading for the invasion of Japan. The United States dropped two atomic bombs on Japan and World War II ended.

The planet Uranus is my ruler. By the time I reached my forties, Uranus had transited to a position opposing itself when I was born. It takes 81 years to complete its orbit around the sun. The fact that it takes a long time to orbit the sun means its influence would last a long time. Uranus opposing itself means I'd be influenced to change my life.

The feds examined my income records, both personal and business. A schoolboy with a pocket calculator was authorized by my government to spend a week examining my business records and every personal check I wrote in 1972. It's an outrage. When he finished, with nothing written to prove it, he claimed I failed to report $5,000 of income. We Americans were saved by fate, and now this?

The audit was ordered because I wrote a letter to the U.S. Attorney General claiming the income tax was unconstitutional. At the time, many taxpayers were protesting. I was seen as a tax protester. The IRS had a name for me. I was a "Fifth Amendment freak." This fraud was to make me afraid of the terrible IRS. In my early life I was a rebel without a cause. It is written that in my forties I would became a rebel with a cause.

Coincidental with my coming to a life on planet Earth, my cause was to become federal income tax. I had a bigger than life calling. Even though no court in the United States, including the U.S. Surpreme Court, would hear my case, the IRS publically admitted to "mistakenly" taking my property for eleven years. Mistakenly taking from the poor and defenseless in order pay those government "entitled," who has heard of anything as gross as this? Has presidential candidate Obama ever mentioned this government "mistake?"

At the present, the nation's leaders are fighting to remain afloat. It could easily be that America will go down and take the rest of the world down before people will come to their senses.

Aquarius

Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, my frustration and anger with the way my second marriage turned out, the good old boy local government, the grossly unfair federal income tax, all of it together caused this rebel without a cause to find a bigger than life cause. With a strong desire to be freed from my corrupt establishment, I became a giant killer who beat the Nazi IRS, and much more.

In the spring of 1975, I departed for a planned life at sea. I departed from my family and community with a property settlement agreement, plus an agreement with my then wife, as soon as I had an address for her to mail it to, to forward a check for my stock I sold. I only took $500 in cash with me. I left my then wife our joint income tax return I'd filled out and signed, expecting her to sign it and pay the tax we owed. She forged my name on the check and cashed it. She sent the joint tax return in with only my name on it, which the IRS agreed to treat as a single tax return. She made out her single return and paid half of the tax. The IRS sent me an assessment for the full tax, plus penalty and interest. My wife gave them my address. My then wife went to court and got our property settlement agreement repudiated on the ground that I threatened her.

I was left without a roof over my head and the possibility that I would remain homeless. During my homeless time, by chance, I ran into an astrologer who made an astrological chart for me. I didn't think the chart fit me very well. I was not encouraged by his prediction that I would come out well in the divorce trial. He was right and I was wrong about the trial, and his characterization of me. After my bigger than life calling, I grew into the positive characteristics the stars gave me.

I went to sea for two years. During this time, I found a first mate. I married her. My astrologer warned me that on or around April 4, 1976 I would meet a woman who would get in my cash box. I paid no attention to his warning. On April 4, 1976, I met Martha.

After two years at sea, I decided to sell my boat and return to my lumber career. Martha and I moved to Portland, Oregon, where I figured my lumber career had the best opportunity. As first mate, Martha was good company. We'd lived in Portland three years when I came home from work and found movers preparing to move Martha's furniture out of our condo. I ran them off and changed the lock on the door. Martha had taken half of my savings and left. It was worth my loss to be rid of her, but I had no idea of what was about to happen.

The last thing I wanted, after three failed marriages, was another woman. Two weeks after Martha left, my soul mate for life appeared. The moment I met Karen I knew she was heaven sent. It was like meeting an old friend, or perhaps a family member I'd not seen for a long time. Karen didn't share my feelings, but she did find me to be good company. We made a date to hike the trail to Multnomah Falls on May 18, 1980.

Karen and I were on the trail, sitting on a log chatting. Out of the blue, Karen said, "I want our's to be a platonic relationship." Laughing, my response: "I've never had a platonic relationship with a woman." At that moment, we observed a large black area in the sky to the northwest. We hurried back to the car and turned on the radio. Mt. St. Helens, not 50 miles to our northwest, had erupted. That's getting started with a bang!

Incidentally, I've asked Karen what made her say she wanted a platonic relationship. She does not know why. She said it just came out.

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, fifteen years after our big bang beginning, Karen's and my friend took our astrological charts and made an astrological compatibility printout from a program on his computer. The report analyzes each of our charts as to how each approaches a relationship, and particularly how each of us relate to each other.

Under how I approached our relationship, I'm a visionary determined to make my dreams come true. "You wonder whether your deep commitment to humanitarian gods may preclude something so personal as a relationship, real love. . . You need to find a bond of love and family. . . You love to bring them out and educate them to the demands of the real world." I do, indeed. My bigger than life calling is the reason.

"You take marriage, partnership very seriously." That's because my planets are bunched in my Seventh House, the house of marriage and partners, said the astrologer I earlier mentioned. He also told me that the stars indicated strained relations in partners and marriage.

"You may find yourself interested in legal matters, publishing, philosophical and religious subjects, and would make a good leader. Scientific investigation would interest you." This all came after my bigger than life calling.

"You're either fast and furious or not there at all." True. "A gentle partner who can forgive, and most of all forget, would be a blessing. A lot of this stems from insecurity you have concerning your emotional life. You may be somewhat of a rebel, with a history of going up against authority. You are unconventional at the expense of your own popularity. You need a partner who will work with you while you find your own way."

All of this fits like a hand in a glove. But this really blows my mind. "You should have become instant friends from the very start." And this: "The platonic thing was there from the start, and there is a sense of the brotherly and sisterly between you. Even if lovers, you will always be first and foremost, good friends." And this: "She seems almost like a family member, and you feel good when the two of you are together."

In that we lived a nomad life for nine years in our RV, "Traveling somewhere together would be ideal. She tends to open you to new horizons, perspectives, possibilities. At the very least, she will serve to temper and shape your approach to life."

And finally, "She exerts a powerful dreamy influence over you which could appear as a perfect union." This is my Karen! She's always been my fairy princess. Ever since my bigger than life calling, what an exciting life this has been!

I went to bed last night at 9 p.m. Unable to fall asleep, I started thinking about tomorrow's blog on my life story. I didn't want to forget my thoughts. I wrote them down, entered them on my Web site, and went back to bed at 2 a.m, arising at 7 a.m. with more thoughts on the finding of my soul mate, which I now enter to make the story more convincing.

Steering a boat at sea, the same as steering a car or an aircraft, one becomes automatic. Riding ocean waves in a small boat is rhythmic. Without over-adjusting, one learns to steer a straight course by anticipating the rhythm of the waves.

Caught in a violent storm in the Gulf Stream that separates the Bahama Banks from Florida at 2 a.m, my first mate and a couple of sailor friends were heading for Florida. When the first blast of wind hit, the rail went under and I quickly brought the boat into the wind, almost backing my sail, which would have resulted in the boom flying across decks and possibly in a demasting. The boat hesitated for a moment, the mainsail wildly flapping, and then it caught the wind. Over we went again. I eased the boat into the wind. I was soon steering a straight course by the slope of the deck. I couldn't look up. The tops of waves were air born. Drops of water were like stinging bees.

My experience at steering a boat made the task at hand possible. We are 6 hours in the full fury of this storm.

The storm was moving eastward, which meant the wind was coming from more from the north and my course would have been more to the north. Before the storm hit, I was on a southwesterly course, twenty percent south of a true course to allow for the north moving Gulf Stream. With the wind out of the northwest, it meant steeper and higher seas. By sailing northward, I would have been far to the north of my destination and farther out to sea. The storm had left us. As we rolled over a giant sea, I spotted smokestacks in the west and headed for them. Impossible! They turned out to be those of Florida Power and Light, a mile south of Lake Worth Inlet, our destination.

As I approached the inlet, to my horror, seas were breaking completely across it. I was exhausted. Something told me to go for it. Seas were breaking on both sides. The one behind peaked. We slid down in into the inlet. It never broke. My crew called it a miracle.

I'd had my bigger than life calling. This and other inexplicable experiences at sea convinced me that we possess powers of which we are unaware.

Being on a small boat in the middle of the ocean-no matter where you are, it is all the same-one gets a different perspective on one's existence. At the same time a tiny speck, time and space don't exist. One feels in tune with the whole of things. When I left the sea, the feeling of being at one with nature left with me. For the first time, I saw God as being an inseparable part of my existence. From my bigger than life calling, to my finding God, to finding the right mate for me, it all comes together.

Aquarius

The mystery of consciousness is that we don't know we were born to be consciously aware of what is going on right under our noses. The very fact that I've not studied with the best known minds in the world, but on my own, accounts for my good fortune. It is easy for me to spot those authorities who think they know better how to deal with the individual's problems than the individual.

Most scientists don't understand that their equations never explain how it all comes together. Did you know that they are presently completing a machine that will accelerate atoms to nearly the speed of light in order to blast them apart, hopefully to find a particle that tells them what the universe looked like a nanosecond after its birth. And then what?

Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, have you ever thought that your consciousness can tell you what the universe was before the Big Bang? Have you ever thought that you can accomplish anything you set out to do? I consciously thought I was doing something for my own interests in challenging federal income tax, until I read The "Higher Law" Background of American Constitutional Law. I had a bigger than life calling. I was called upon to do the right thing for all. Nobody agreed with me. Nobody cheered me when I proved that the law backed me, not the powers that be.

We learn from the powers that be that if America's high rollers are astute enough to use the financial system in place to make millions, even billions of dollars for themselves, and in so doing leave the system in shambles, forcing taxpayers to bail the system out, there is nothing the taxpayers can do but to go along with the authorities, right?  It is legal.  It may be legal and lawless at the same time.  Should the taxpayers go along with lawlessness, "in light of today's needs?"  I guarantee your case will not be heard in America's courts.   Judges will find an excuse.

The law I read in the county law library backs the Higher Law, the common law, the law of the folks, not the law of the authorities. The current bailout of the powerful and corrupt is reason enough to know the law, and to act on it!  The law is what we, the people,  say it is, not what the authorities say  it is.

Astrologers read in the stars that I came with the ability to understand the laws by which the universe's subtle laws work, that I would become educated in physics and meditation, and that I would make fundamental and irrevocable changes in my life and other people's lives. You can read this under "Saturn trine Pluto" in The Astrologer's Handbook. You can read in The Rising Sign, under "Aquarius Rising," that I'm a forerunner in setting style, discovering new methods, showing the rest of humanity the way, and that I may be especially enlightened in the metaphysical, the scientific, and inventive. Believe it or not.

I come to you with an Aquarian message. You were created to cope. The message of my opposition is to make you think you are not. It goes without saying, the folks have to demand that the authorities, those who have been granted power, follow the law. This is a nation of laws, not of men.

You learn in the story of my life that I'm a free spirit who put out the effort to accomplish my potential, which, according to numerologists, was implicit from the time of my birth. What you should have learned from reading the story of my life is that I departed from my old life, went on my own and the rewards have been great.

Why am I a threat? Why don't people welcome my advice with open arms? Just read what took place in my life by looking within for my answers!  I'm a messenger, a nonconformist who bucked the system in place, who went on his own, who beat the odds.

The powers that be, my enemies, those who the American people have granted power, who take from the people and redistribute according to their notions of what is needed, now tell the people the taxpayers must fork over $700 billion to bail out the system. It is estimated that Hurricane Ike's damage is $18 billion. Do you really think this bailout is going to cure the problem, or is it simply a matter of thinking there is nothing you can do? This kind of thinking is going to so weaken the working people of America that they will never recover what they have lost: their freedom.

Is it there but for the grace of God go I? Is it more blessed to give the poor a home than to receive mortgage payments, Congressman Barney Frank's thought? Mortgage brokers grabbed Frank's idea of helping the poor by giving them the means of owning a home and ran with it, making a killing. Is it now too late to cry over spilled milk, while Barney, the do-gooder, looks the other way? With all the other government entitlements now in place, do we all now deserve a home? Get real! This is what Barrack Obama wants. This is what President Bush wants. And John McCain says he is probably going to go along. It's double speak. It's the worst idea I've ever heard for people who love their freedom.

There will surely be dire consequences either my way or their way. What do you expect? This is not Alice's Wonderland. Read the story of my life. There were dire consequences when I parted and went on my own. God helps those who help themselves. In the end, I could not have asked for a better life. My answer, that one must depend on one's self, alas, I'm not a millionaire, but I don't know how life could be any better. My dream came true. Not that I worked toward this end-others paying, I'm receiving. This is the ways and means of the do-gooders in Washington, in fact, Justice Brandeis' unconstitutional idea that property is only the government's means of taking control of our private lives. Their way is a travesty of law.

The taxpayers have justified the current Mafioso end by going along with Washington's pied pipers. Read it in the story of my life. When I fought for taxpayer rights; they looked upon me as a nutcake trying to get out of paying my fair share of the taxes. No way, Jose! Once again, the taxpayers in America have been conned. Instead of listening to the authorities, I listened to my own good sense. I went to the county law library, read the law, and acted based upon what I read, not what the authorities said. The law does not say it is more blessed for government to give than to receive. Their ways and means is the road to moral, fiscal, and spiritual bankruptcy.

The authorities, one and all, held against me; and one and all were proven wrong. They admitted it in a front page newspaper story in the Palm Beach Post. So again, say I, the taxpayers are wrong for allowing the high rollers and Washington's do gooders to get away with giving to the poor and placing the burden of their self-serving misdeeds on the taxpayers. What can I say? The Higher Law worked wonders for me. It can work for you. Where there is the will there is the way. You've got to scream foul. If the taxpayers allow this fraudulent bailout, they are to blame and deserve to pay. The ball is in your court, folks.

Aquarius

The legislation to bail out America's high rollers-some prefer to call it government's effort to save the economy-going back with this idea was a government effort to keep credit moving ahead after World War II. It was credit to finance the war that finally got America's economy moving again. I'd be the last to say credit isn't essential to a good economy.

Fire is good; prairie fires are bad. Credit finally got America's economy moving during World War II. Credit had the full cooperation of the American people. We had faith that the loan would be repaid. We did repay it. We've been borrowing and repaying our loans ever since. But for government to spend our money buying up loans that were not repaid rubs taxpayers the wrong way. That is not a government duty. The implications are far reaching.

Even if legislation passes that makes repayment of bad loans mandatory on lenders, America's economy is going to suffer from too much credit.

It makes no sense at all to give drug addicts a shot in the arm to ease the pain, and the same goes for a shot in the arm for the pain we are going to suffer from the over-extension of credit. I don't hear enough about the good effects of tightening our belts. The over-extension of credit is inflationary. We're paying far too much for fuel now, and that in and of itself is driving the price of everything up. While the stock market was on its way down 6 percent, the price of oil went down 10 percent.

I've never found it wise to make any move when I was in a turmoil over a situation. We've got a lot to think about. Government is not hitting on more than one cylinder. We can't leave it to government to do the right thing by us.

I can't speak for others, but not getting what I wanted out of life drove me to change my life. I attacked what I thought to be the cause of my failure: excessive waste, fraud, and abuse on the part of government, which brought about excessive tax. I sublimated the thought. Government was the cause of everyone's failure. It became my bigger than life calling. I took action, with no idea of the deeper reason for my calling. I was not into astrology.

The symbol of Pisces is two fish swimming in opposite directions. Pisces is the inability to take decisive action. The person with a dreamy outlook on life, the person of whom you can almost see the halo over his head, has the Pisces influence directing him. These people walk ten feet above the ground, with a faraway look in their eyes. When they speak, you see an angelic look in their faces. The Pisces person deals with life by seeing only the best in any situation. They simply tune out evil. They survive by looking at the world through rose colored glasses. The above thoughts are those of Astrologer Jeanne Avery in The Rising Sign. Avery's thoughts are an outgrowth of Biologist Julian Huxley's thought in his essay, The Future of Man. "Man's exploration and control of external nature has outdone his exploration and control of his own nature.

Our lives are made made easy by high tech. The intelligentsia thinks it knows better than the individual how we should live. The Romans were idealistic, their emperors divine. The law was what they said it was. Jesus, the forerunner of Aquarius, said his kingdom was in heaven. His contemporaries took it to mean a place. Jesus was a threat to the establishment.

The Aquarian is a threat to the establishment. Presidential candidate Barrack Obama, whose background is one of Pisces idealism, is going to end the war in Iraq. He is going to search out bin Ladin in Pakistan. He is for saving the economy by bailing out corrupt high rollers to the tune of $700 billion. He will pay for good education and health care, regardless of the fact that the American people have spent all they have to spend, and are borrowed up to their eyeballs. Obamba's answer: Tax the rich more and cut the taxes for 95 percent of the American people. Blinded by his idealism, he doesn't understand that jobs are lost when you tax the rich, either that or he does not care.

We are leaving the Age of Pisces and entering the Age of Aquarius. We left the Age of Aquarius about 23,000 years ago, before civilization, before recorded history, while man was nomadic. We know little of the thinking of people 23,000 years ago, but we can image that survival was the main thing on the minds of our ancestors.

We entered the Age of Pisces about the time of Christ's birth, when conquest was the main thing on many people's minds-that and how to get rid of conquering armies. Christ was not what his contemporaries wanted. They wanted a leader who would take up the sword against the Romans. Societies have continued with the love of mankind and conqueror dichotomy for the past 2,000 years, and more lately, with the advent of high tech and easy times in America, have adopted naive idealism-with the see no evil, speak no evil, hear no evil idea in the law of the land, coupled with the philosophy of eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow you die. The Supreme Court some time ago held that a gyrating female genitalia in a strip joint represented freedom of speech. Justice Black told the nation that the law was what the Supreme Court said it was.

Astrologer Avery, in The Rising Sign, wrote that Aquarians can be the rolling stones that gather no moss. Those who want Obama to be their president are concerned about those who gather moss, at the same time desperately clinging to Roosevelt's legacy. To quote Roosevelt, "we have only fear itself to fear," here we are in 2008 fearing God and still wanting a god we can all know.
