Time Waits for no Man II
Gaia search reported that there is nothing at all on "superstring theory" at Gaia. I'm advised to be more specific. O.K, I'll be more specific. From my blog, "How I Lost and how I Won," "Symbols are everywhere. In The Elegant Universe, Chapter 6, ‘Nothing but Music: The Essentials of Superstring Theory,' ‘Music has long since provided the metaphors of choice for those puzzling over questions of cosmic concern. From the ancient Pythagorean music of the spheres to the harmonies of nature that have guided inquiry through the ages, we have collectively sought the song of nature in the gentle wandering of celestial bodies and the riotous fulminations of subatomic particles.' As one in touch with life's anomalies, I understand this kind of thinking."
Making music, being in touch with the harmonies of nature, keeps me young at heart. My music is saved

Precisely why we love you, Joseph.
Thanks! It is good to know all the clammor for change and the new in these transitory times does not mean that just because it is old it should be discarded. You gotta be thinking about you, love. We don't throw out the baby with the bathwater. Nobody wants change more than I. I'm looking at a future of mechanical men marching in lockstep to the leader's command.
I’m so glad you posted this. I’m fascinated by string theory and would love to learn more, if you have any favorite sources, other than what you’ve mentioned…symbols are everywhere, as you say…more than just synchronicity; although that plays a great part as well.
I also appreciate your reminder to “not through out the baby…”. Love it!
Thank you,
Namaste
Social work in NYC has to be daunting for Shelle. Just living in a big city was too much for me. I live in the tall timber now, 30 miles west of Mt. Hood, Oregon. I’m retired and doing what I want to do when I want to do it. That’s why I say if it gets any better I don’t know how. Anyway, I’m grateful for this opportunity the taxpayers have given me, and thrilledto give something back.
I’m fascinated by string theory. It fits like a hand in a glove. I’m going to dedicate my next blog to Shelle—“AboutLiving the Life You Intended.”
