The Fairness Doctrine

The Picture is Judge Robert Bork

The Bible reports that Adam and Eve lived in the Garden of Eden; and God provided them with everything they needed. But he placed temptation before them in the form of a tree with luscious fruit. They did eat from the tree in disobedience of God's command. God's punishment was that all humans from then on would be cursed. They could only be forgiven by God's grace. Sounds like authority talking.

When I was an adolescent, I was told that if I even thought about sex it was a sin. Are we born in sin? Is sex a curse? Since I couldn't quit thinking about sex, and my sins, I figured I was going to hell. So, to hell with asking forgiveness! It didn't matter if I had sex. My sex drive was natural. My teaching was pure malarkey. The story of Adam and Eve was authority's self-serving invention to maintain control. No, I'm not  an atheist. Genesis 1:26 "And God said, Let us make man in our image." All who believe they are born in sin are ignorant of who they are.

Having said this, during the 1960's Hippie Movement, groups of young dissidents, who didn't believe in the work ethic, who wanted to tear down the old and rebuild a more just society, are now in control of the law in the United States. With this in mind, Barrack Obama was asked why he would raise capital gains tax when it would be hard on business. In accordance with what he was taught at Harvard Law School, Obama's answer was that it was fair  to raise capital gains tax. Even if it was hard on business, the overall good was presumed by Obama to be more important.

Keeping in mind that the Hippie Movement didn't believe in the work ethic, the question was why should some people have great abundance while other people didn't have basic needs? Roosevelt appointee, Justice Brandeis, reflects Obama's law school training. Justice Brandeis: "Property is only a means. It has been a frequent error of our Court that they have made the means the end." So, where did the Hippie Movement get its far-out ideas about work? From Harvard Law School. By the way, Vice President-elect Joe Biden is responsible for Judge Bork being rejected for the Supreme Court. Bork, I recall, spoke out against Hippie law school professors at Harvard. It goes with the territory of liberals to be fairer to those receiving government entitlements than those who produce and pay taxes. It's called the "Preferred Freedoms Concept." Obama promises to give 95 percent of America's working people a tax break, and the rich a tax increase. It's killing the goose that laid the golden egg. By voting Obama president in the interest of fairness, you asked for tax enslavement.

Since the minority, the "disadvantaged," is the now advantaged majority, I bring you Justice Jackson's opinion in West VA. State Board of Education v. Barnette, speaking for the majority of the Court: "The very purpose of the Bill of Rights was to withdraw certain subjects from the vicissitudes of political controversy, to place them beyond the reach of majorities and officials and establish them as legal principles to be applied by the courts. One's right to life, liberty, and property . . . and other fundamental rights may not be submitted to vote; they depend on the outcome of no election."

I'd like an answer from Harvard educated Obama on this claim. The principle of equal opportunity does not go so far as to make it a duty of government to redistribute the wealth of the nation on grounds of fairness. It is not an infallible rule of nature that wealth should be redistributed in some people's ideas of fairness. Redistribution of wealth, under the law, is a self-serving fraud that takes power from the individual and gives it to authority. It's no different in principle than cursing people for thinking about sex, no different in principle than Nazi law. The majority vote does not cancel out the law. In my view, Obama is a lawless stooge of the vogue, a throwback to the Hippie Movement.

Barrack Obama was an ordinary mortal, without power, attending a church that was teaching the unfairness of white people toward blacks. Obama has God to give him guidance, right? He's been elected to the most powerful position in the world. He rejects guilt by association, yet he does not reject the idea of taking from the rich and giving to the poor. It's the Roosevelt legacy Obama says he adheres to; it's what he was taught in Harvard Law School. Not the law, but authority's penchant for garnering power whenever and wherever possible.

The majority vote is not the law. Never say that I go with the flow. I'm a rock in the stream. The Bible, in its overall context, leaves me with the idea that I'm made in the image of God, and equal in power with the President of the United States. While he imposes his idea of the law, I believe there are certain principles of right and justice which are entitled to prevail of their own intrinsic excellence, altogether regardless of authority's attitude. The Nazis didn't get away with claiming they were following the law, nor will those who adhere to Obama's law. The lawless always come to a bad end.

What cause brought the Higher Law to America if not natural law, where everywhere there is the same force and does not exist by people in power thinking this and that? The law is not a state contrivance but an institution of nature. According to the law of all times, distributing the physical resources of the United States from individual to individual is lawless. I owe no allegiance to anyone who does not adhere to "the enumeration of certain rights in this Constitution," even if not enumerated. The law of the land is not for utility's sake and overturned for utility's sake. The principles I stand on were not made by man. They bind all to obey. My Constitution is supreme. It does not allow anyone to interpret it in light of today's needs. Barrack Obama's stand, as always, is authority's intent twist and distort the law. He has a conception of the law he picked up from way-out of orbit connections, He claims he is not guilty by association but is without perception. He knows nothing of the law. Live and learn. Obama is the Pied Piper. America is going to pay a high price.
