On Taking a Stand

The story of man, as told in the Bible, is a never-ending series of power grabs. We humans are somewhere between animals and Jesus. At this rate, the meek will never inherit the earth.

The U.S. Constitution divided the power between government, the judiciary, and the people. However, the unwritten law makes it clear that if you don't demand, the powers that be will strip you of personal power. The authorities have the idea of interpreting the Constitution "in light of today's needs," along with the majority vote, leaving us with government robbing Peter to pay Paul in a redistribution scheme.

Accommodation has left the America I fought for in World War II in a perilous position, and the possibility of nuclear annihilation. The change Barrack Obama offers is taking shape-to do the kind thing, to oblige, to make allowances, to adjust, to adapt, to accommodate. History is replete with examples. We, the people, end with our backs to the wall.

There are similarities today with the happenings in America in 1929. The Great Depression followed the stock market crash. Try as it might, government could not avoid it. Yet we depend on government to solve our problems. The free world accommodated Nazi Germany's buildup of a war machine, accommodated Japan's war lord takeover of Asia. America got sucked into World War II. It was not individual grants in aid on a massive scale, which undercut the Constitution's protection of taxpayers. It was not that which ended the Great Depression. It was World War II, and borrowing to get American industry going again. Everyone had a job. It was not government handouts to individuals but the economy that put money in everyone's pocket. When I came home from the war, America's economy was booming. Why the continuance and building of an income redistribution scheme? We are told that it was in the interest of fairness. Just because someone is poor is no reason, in and of itself, to grant aid. It is unfair to those willing to work. There is no inalienable right to be kept by the taxpayers. It's the elected invention to win votes. Help to the poor, for no particular reason, has grown government to many times its former size. Money goes where the money is. Thousands of lobbyists in Washington, D.C. leave the individual with little control of his life.

How are you going to get America's economy going when trillions are being transferred from taxpayer to recipient in a gigantic income transfer scheme? Accommodation through a state contrivance is killing the goose that laid the golden egg. The income tax and a federal bureaucracy above question put me on the street. A bureaucracy above question is depriving a great many Americans of their natural and constitutional rights.

We may conclude that with the law the foundation of liberty and independence, and we don't make rights according the will of the people, nor to the decrees of judges, nor the laws the elected pass: rights can't be bartered or transferred, they are not the arbitrary constructions of opinions of those empowered, but of natural origin, until we individuals stand up for our rights, the world will remain up for the grabs of the powerful.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Science informs me that reality is nothing like we think it is. We're being misdirected. We are not meant to be the puppets of the powerful, living out our lives by their directives, but meant to do the thing we were born to do.

There came the time in my life that I took issue with the IRS. It was my bigger than life calling. It wasn't my tax consequences I was fighting. It was the injustice of the income tax. The courts would not hear my case. An interested reported for The Palm Beach Post heard me and got an apology from the IRS for 11 years of abusing my rights, which turned out to be of no benefit to anyone but me. Who else would go through what I did to get my rights?

The latest science places us in touch with our inner selves, and the energy to break free. Along with mass, motion, energy, and force, we've been given consciousness, a state without boundary, something beyond the space-time dimension. We can either limit our consciousness to that which conventions maintain or be free to think new possibilities that the latest science brings us.

Same can see through the mind's eye a far greater reality than our sensibilities allow. Anything is possible. By investigation of the world of the very small, the latest science, with the advent of quantum theory, finds more than the immutable laws of the universe. A vastly different God is in the making. Man's conscious awareness, thanks to new evidence, now gives the observer a fundamental existence that began with a particle and grew to the conscious beings we are today-images of the consciousness that out of chaos and random events brings order.

After we're dead and gone, we're mere drops in an ocean. Our little bit of Heaven or hell is the here and now We're here in physical form, images of the Creator of all, in communication with the collective will of our archetype, if we allow it. We are the creators. When I was in the county law library studying income tax law and the Constitution, I was in touch with those who came before me. We either give our individual power to earthly authorities, or operate on our own. What I've gained in control of my life, I've done on my own. My life has been growing better and better.
