Is Accommodation with the Intelligentsia's Answers Good?
I'm a simple-minded man with simple answers. My education has been in the school of hard knocks. In opposition to my interpretation of the law, A Roosevelt appointee, Justice Brandeis: "property is only a means. It has been a frequent error of our Court that they have made the means the end." Exactly! The intelligentsia dreams up a desirable end and then, against "Higher Law," forces the pieces to fit. Hitler did the same. The intelligentsia gives you its construction of the law. Black's Law Dictionary: "Thus, ‘legal fraud' is fraud implied or inferred by law, or made out by construction."
On the "Higher Law" versus "God," I find the "Higher Law" an internal part of man's being, "God" external; that is, Abraham's God, based on the fact that Christians, Jews, and Muslims have never yet agreed that they worship the same "Higher Law." In the same sense, I give you the United States. It does not adhere to the "Higher Law." Was it not "legal fraud" when the Taney Court declared that black people were the same as mules and cows? The Taney Court is responsible for America's Civil War. President Lincoln was murdered for freeing America's slaves, and as well, Martin Luther King. What do the American people know about the law?
The "Higher Law," the same as universal consciousness, now has a scientific basis. The current theory is that the universe began as one entity. Abraham's God has a supernatural origin, which gives man the freedom to invent his god. Abraham's God is an invention in the fact that the followers have been fighting "holy wars" ever since the beginning of the religion.
In America, we separate church and state, but we don't separate the wheat from the chafe. The U. S. Constitution is based on the "Higher Law," the "Higher Law" on reason and logic. Men do not make the law. They discover the law. America, ostensibly, was created a nation of laws, before politicians and courts put expedience ahead of the law.
The intelligentsia bases the law on today's needs, not the "Higher Law." Under the "Higher Law," no man has the authority to institute government entitlements that redistribute the wealth of the nation. The dictates of the voters don't make the law. America is a republic, not a pure democracy. America's representatives are put there to lead, not to follow the polls.
During the Great Depression, President Roosevelt a member of the intelligentsia, in his "fireside chats," gave the American people a lawless solution to the jobless problem-massive grants in individual aid. To grant permanent aid to an individual, no matter what the circumstances, like with Social Security and Medicare, is to rob Peter to pay Paul. It's against the "Higher Law." An individual has a fundamental right, and the responsibility, to exist on the fruits of his own labor. Little by little, Roosevelt's legacy has striped the individual of this most fundamental of rights.
Roosevelt's massive grants in individual aid did not end the Great Depression. World War II ended the depression. The same cure, without war, would have ended the depression years before it ended. Working people would not have been striped of their rights.
The current economic collapse is the result of a government that has taken on caretaker duty, at the expense of individual rights. Lawlessly enhancing its own power at the expense of the taxpayer, federal income tax has been deliberately complicated to the point that nobody knows where government rights stop and their rights begin. The courts refuse to hear the case. It is recorded by the courts that they allowed government, in the name of federal income tax, to put me on the street, and by "mistake," the IRS admitted. What about the American people? Where are they? Their main concern is on the overall good. Contrary to the "Higher Law," we, the people, are so addicted to dependence on government that we can't be concerned that a few people fall through the cracks.
Consequently, with government free to hand out corporate welfare by the trillions of dollars, for which the taxpayers will be expected to pay, the only option left is the abolishment of federal income tax. If we have any humanity left in us, we must stop government from striping us from our right to exist. Every worker is entitled to a standard existence before paying any tax on his work. A tax on spending can take this into consideration.
Contrary to what the intelligentsia wants, an all-powerful central government, a tax on spending would not tax capital gain. If one wanted to invest his gain in the economy, he would pay no tax and everyone would gain. If he wanted to spend his surplus living like a king, he would pay a king's ransom in tax. Rather than government, the economy would benefit. But don't hold your breath waiting for government to make such a move.
Barrack Obama, a product of the intelligentsia, Harvard graduate, adherent of the Roosevelt legacy, is not coming to you for direction. He's going to those who are determined to fleece you. If you want to save the nation, and your own future, remember that this is a government that acts according to the polls. Quit listening to the establishment and look within for your answers.
